Well how does one begin the treatment that the very much owner of this franchise gave me. I order a few footlongs on their website, not even on doordash or Uber, for pickup. I show up after my order said it was in progress and they said "oh no , we didn't receive your order. So cancel and ull get a refund" in a very non helping way, with no intention of even looking at my phone and checking whats going on. So here I'm left with no dinner. No refund and the worst customer experience one can get from the very own owner. Own up to your systems mistakes and get the job done, dont be a pedantic sheep.

I've gone maybe 10 times over 10 months and the latest time (Mar 5, 2024) will be my final one as they put in an auto tip of 20% without telling me, without an option to change it or even see it until after the transaction went through.There used to be a prompt to add, reduce or remove a tip, but this time only the final price was shown. I noticed the change in checkout experience and then confirmed on the receipt the line-item for the tip. Never again.

This Subway location in Miami stands out as the best I've encountered. I frequent Subway often and have noticed that many locations resort to using stale bread and subpar ingredients, coupled with disappointing service. However, this particular Subway is a refreshing exception, where everything is fresh, and the staff is always on hand, eager to assist and prepare your meal. Tynna, in particular, extends remarkable kindness towards me. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the provision of more than two napkins. Aside from that minor detail, it's undoubtedly the top Subway in the vicinity.

The old skinny lady named is Tynna. She is very rude and crazy. She packed our sandwich bad and with a horrible attitude. I can tell her coworkers feel very uncomfortable working with her and also the work atmosphere sucks.

Today at 3:10 pm I arrived to buy, not to order, a thin lady reluctantly served, I ordered a pizza, the cheese burned, that's not my problem, I took away the cheese, she added more cheese and spinach again, like this He wanted to pack it for me, I told him to please start melting the cheese again, I let in a lot of pepper, I told him little pepper. He has helped me many times and is always in a bad mood. I had never wanted to comment but it's already too much with the lady, she makes some gestures on her face that show the type of person who is pedantic.

I’m usually not one to complain, but it’s horrible. The old skinny lady is legit nasty and mean -but whatever. What pisses me off the most is they turn off the sandwich toaster at 9:25pm!! -no hot subs after 9:30?? (They close at 10). What?? Screw this place.

The older lady is a racist and very rude person. I honestly don't plan to buy there anymore, because of the mistreatment I receive from that lady, and according to what I read the reviews, it's not that lady's problem from now on.

I ordered 2 subs in the app from the 8298 Bird Road, Miami location. I received the confirmation that the subs were ready and my credit card was charged. When I went to pick them up I was told there weren't any meatballs and then ignored. The service was horrible. The "sandwich artist" wouldn't answer any questions at all! I never got the subs or a refund! Also, the place was filthy with chips spilled on the floor. I called Subway Corporate but that was useless. Just be prepared to be treated horribly and watch where you step.

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS HORRIFIC PLEASE DONT GO !!!!!! spend your money elsewhere … i witnessed the boss yelling at an employee and treating him like trash which is disgusting because that employee has good customer service … the boss is rude and disrespectful. MADE THE ENVIRONMENT VERY HOSTILE FOR ME AND MY KIDS … It needs to be SHUT DOWN and ran by someone else

Everytime I go to this Subway always the service is top notch. Bread fresh and sandwiches made with care. It's easy for the entitled to nitpick which is childish.

Larry! Larry is absolutely the best. Me and my coworker usually order lunch on Friday and I go pick it up I get the Friday special which is a tuna Larry puts just the right amount of tuna and toppings and it’s made with love sandwiches by him are always made to perfection and with love I’ve gone other times when he hasn’t been there the service is ok but the sandwich is never the same as when he’s working … keep up the great work Larry and thank you for todays lunch tuna with cheddar sun chips

CUSTOMER SERVICE BLOWS!!!!The white woman with the glasses is extremely rude. I went this morning to get a sandwich and there was a customer who only spoke Spanish. She got irritated and snappy with him because he could not speak any English. I started to help him and her so we could all go on about our day and she just started going off on me saying she could help me and for me stop talking. Then she started rolling her eyes and she told me and my cousin to leave. Never EVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!
