7:50 am 04/20 the lady who serves is not the most appropriate, she has a very bad way of working with the public, I think the owners should see these things and correct her, you have to have charisma to work with the public, a shame That such young people have such bad shape, I do not recommend it at all.

Tried to order food at 10:30 and said they were closed despite multiple signs and hours online stating they’re open as well as the lights still on.

bad customer service, they have poorly trained staff to work there, they didn't serve me because the girl was making her breakfast, and when they did it was in the worst way, chopped products since yesterday, they made me an ugly sandwich with little product of what I I definitely paid the worst subway, the little blonde one of the worst they have working in that place

A horrible experience, terrible customer service, they have the meat table covered so that you can't see the amount they add, I bought a large sandwich and they added 3 cheese slides, the ingredients are zero fresh, chopped lettuce from the day before black pickles, horrible I always bought at Subway but I think it will be the last time, the short blonde gave me the worst service they can give in that place

Had to wait when l was the only one at the store because 3 girls were checking their social media and giggling. Staff needs basic training and should learn words such as “thank you” and “ please”

The two ladies working on 8/10/23 from 9:00 pm through 10:15 pm are so rude, unprofessional and liars. I ordered food through door dash and my dasher stated that both orders were stolen because Subway gave them away to someone else who wasn’t my dasher. The ladies from subway state they gave them to the dasher who “had my order” but yet when I spoke to the dasher deliver guy, he said when he arrived the order was already picked up. Either they gave it to the wrong person or the employees kept my food. There are cameras and when I drove to the subway MYSELF to see why my order was stolen both times which I was charged, they denied to provide their names or their manager’s name. They said that was not their problem that they had thrown away the receipts and if I wanted to speak to the manager I had to come back at the hours she worked. I will be calling corporate. This is such ghetto Miami Hialeah behavior.

So disappointed today!I came here thinking that I was going to get this great delicious sub and what I got was attitude and and horrible customer service. I asked the lady if the meat was roast beef and she just start making me a sub. I was trying to tell her how I wanted my sub and she just kept on asking I wanted this meat or that cheese or the next item. I get that's how you move the line, but there was literally only me and two women in front of me who were together and also still thinking about what they wanted in there sub. Then when I said slow down she said "Aye Yi Yi!" I was honestly done at that time, but the guy took over. He then started doing the same thing as she was. So I calmly told him that I get that they're trying to move fast but I need to know somethings before I make my choices and they can't answer my questions if they keep asking me what I what need. Then he said something about taking to long. So, turned around I sarcastically said "I'm for taking to much time" to the nonexistent customers, and then told him that there's no one in the line behind me and the women in front were still ordering. He then told me straight up that "it's not about wasting their time, but I (He) don't have the time." Shocked and puzzled, I tried to continue ordering, but, without any hesitation, he went right back to rushing me through the order. I paused, took a deep breath, thought about it, and then said "you know what? F**k it. I'm good." And then I walked away.The reason I'm so disappointed is because I've NEVER had any bad experience like that from that location; EVER!! I always praise that location over to the one on 27th Ave and have NO problem travel there even though 27th Ave in much closer to me.Not sure what happened to this Subway, but I know from years of experience that this is NOT the typical service they give.If you work in ANY restaurant business whatsoever, then you MUST learn the Art of Customer!These employees have NO idea who I was! I could have been a secret shopper. Maybe I am. To point is that You Never Know! That's why you treat every guest/customer with the best customer service possible.If the Owner or Boss or whoever are over these two employees is reading this, please stress the importance of Customer Service to them!I was about to spend about $20 or maybe even more there, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again.Remember; The Customers pay your checks!

Thee absolute WORST PLACE TO COME DURING ANY HOUR OF THE DAY . The staff is rude & gives you attitude for no reason. Not to mention my bread was SO hard, I ASKED FOR MORE FRESH BREAD THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NONE it’s 10:35 am ? honestly I wanted my money back but I’m pregnant & was hungry. Almost $14.00 for what ? Waited in line to be told “no subs, come back later.” It sounds ridiculous that a place called “Subway” would be out of bread at 10am on a weekday that wasn’t busy. I suppose they just didn’t want the business. lol

Terrible service. I was told I can’t add jalapeños to a sandwich, even after explaining to them I will pay for the add ons. They heavy set female cashier here on 9/23/2022 at 12:30pm needs to be informed of Subway policy, because clearly she has no idea what she is doing.
