Sometimes when you come in here its on a select black people are treated poorly and others are treated with respect not Emily or the manager but some of them like the other spanish lady not Emily will ignore your request for cookies. LOL. its best to come here in the evening.Dietary restrictions: nadaKid-friendliness: nada

I had very bad service and they treated me very badly with my teenage children. We were in line waiting and we didn't see many customers. Looking at the delay, first of all they are on their cell phones. A couple arrived and a woman who was there said with irony that they go well and then he said whoever wants to wait should wait and whoever doesn't should leave. I don't think it's the right attitude as I told them and it made me angry saying only things that a client should not be treated like that.I asked to speak to a man yesterday but there was no one, the truth is that it is not fair that we are lying like this.If she had a bad day, it is not for her to take it with a bad character to people who only want to be cared for well I hope the owner or manager read it.

Walked in no one came to the front. 5 mins later someone came in, didn't wash his hands and started to fix 2 pizzas. Lady was in the back on the phone. He tells her someone is in the front she comes out looking at me no hello no how may I help you. I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread she say no we'll have tomorrow. I asked for soup she said no tomorrow. The guy then walks from behind the register puts the pizza in his trunk and go take the garbage to McDonald's.. so basically he was not on the clock at subway he was working at McDonald's. I will never come back here

I guess I was invisible after I placed my order because a Spanish woman came in after myself and she was taken care of in front of me. I thought it was first come first serve,but being that I'm black I guess that I'm being ignored on purpose.

Today I experienced a volatile display of what was supposed to be mere customer service. I have never experienced such atrocious behavior in any service based industry, as if the lack of proper sanitation and food prep at this location doesn't already make you churn. I went in to purchase a single cookie and bag of chips, I placed the money in the employees(EMELY) hand and in turn she flopped the change on the counter as I was holding my hand out to receive my change back. When i brought it to her attention that I would like the change placed back in my hand as I did her respectfully, she immediately rolled her eyes, and flung her hand in my face and walked away from the counter. The real issue in all this is when asked to speak to the Manager the employees stated there was no Manager available after waiting around she (YANORA) finally came from out of the kitchen and said to me "WHAT DOES IT MATTER?!!". Clearly both managers and employees have a lack of ethos and are poorly trained and uninformed on exceptional customer service. After speaking with the manager she displayed how emotionally impulsive and aggressive she can be when met with heightened customer service issues. There is also a language barrier that needs to be addressed at this location, having a predominantly Hispanic team in a neighborhood that primarily speaks English only is a problem. This location needs a tremendous amount of supervision in understanding the proper ways to interact with customers as well as sanitation. ZERO STARS !!!!

The manager never wear gloves she allow her workers to be rude they have big roaches spoiled meat like the manager private area it smells and they are very racist she gives free subs to her family and friends she takes cookies home in her pockets I know cause I use to work here they drink alcohol on the job they just a

Este lugar preparan los BLT solo con lechuga y tomate porque no tienen jamón según ellos lo qué pasa es que te cobran el producto en este caso el pan como si te lo prepararan con todos sus ingredientes eso es estafa , en persona fui ah comprar y le pedí ah la muchacha que me estaba atendiendo que si no tenía el jamón que me lo cambiara por otro jamón que no había problema y me dijo que ella me lo ponía pero me lo cobraba como un extra y le digo que extra si el jamon que supuestamente lleva el pan no lo tienes en resumen ese día me fui y no compré unas dos semanas después pedí por Uber eat el mismo sanwish en la misma tienda en la app me mandaron ah seleccionar el jamón el queso y todo y cuando llego el pan igual me lo mandaron con solo tomate y lechuga es una falta de respeto que te hagan pagar por algo que no te están dando ademas que es una ley de los Estados Unidos no te pueden promover un producto que no tienes como negocio y peor aun cobrártelo si no tienen el producto no lo promuevan paren de estafar ah la gente

Really poor service here tonight, 09/01/23, the door dash drivers said they didn’t want to make the sandwiches cause they were close to closing and they had put away the stuff. They then proceeded to say they ran out of salami. Think about that.. a subway without any salami.. okay. Then the DoorDash driver told me they were being unprofessional to her, ended up canceling the order. Never ordering from this subway. Really dumb and unprofessional.

First time there, Ashley was great. My sandwich was the Italian sub. Everything was PERFECT!! The location was 27 Ave NW 79 ST (Northside Shopping Center. My husband and I were very pleased.
