He highlighted that it is the only food place open 24 hours a day at the airport, at least in the area I was in. There was a long line, for that same reason. I ordered a wrap, which was very delicious and filling. The eating tables there were dirty.

Today I had the honor of being served by a lady her name Idalmi with a wonderful manner, her super special treatment, super clean and very well-groomed. I asked her and she explained everything very professionally. I hope in all the subways there are people like that lady, for me a 10 out of ? congratulations for having such a good worker, very kind, attentive and super polite (idalmis for me it was a pride that you took care of me) I hope you let you know this message my greetings ?

Subway has really good food there service is fast and the atmosphere is really chill so I really like subway.

I don't expect much from subway except consistency. However this location the sandwich maker who had a "supervisor" name tag on asked me what I would like. I begin to order and then his personal cellphone rings. He answers he and then asks me to keep going with my order. I asked him to please wash his hands and put new gloves on. He hung up his phone and got an angry look then did both. I'm sorry but you need to focus on food cleanliness and customer service. Also why is a supervisor answering their personal cell phone while in work?! Definitely avoiding this location whenever I'm at this airport.

This is an airport Subway and on my way to a flight, I wanted a tuna salad sub as it's my all time favorite from Subway.After I placed my order, the sandwich maker was making the sandwich so I grabbed a bag of lime and black pepper potato chips, opened it up to eat a chip while waiting for my sandwich. I intended to buy a combo meal.When I took the a bite of the chip, it was STALE. When I told the lady I didn't want it, she told me I opened the bag and now had to pay for it. Whhhaaaatt! It is stale and she just wouldn't understand. She withheld my sandwich so I walked off. No manager to speak with.

It was early morning, ande distracted on my phone, Regla welcom me and acknowledged me, knowing that I was on the phone, she so kindly pull me in. The warmth was so overwhelming that I hang up the call and gave her my full attention, she suggested many options and helped me decide in what to have. I told her thanks for been this way, I can tell she is just a genuine person that cares. And THAT IS WHAT THIS WORLD NEEDS MORE OFF! ... THANKS Regla thanks to you I know that here is hope in this world for a good change.

This place and service was bad it was hilarious and I have to write about. Missed my connecting flight and chewed the airline out enough to where they gave me a free meal voucher.Go to subway because it's literally the only place open at around midnight. Get there to see 14 people standing in line, ok whatever. It literally takes 1.5 hours to get to the front. The funniest part is that there 4 people behind the counter. This is subway dude, how long does it take toput lettuce, tomato and some ham on a piece of bread and cut it in half?The incompetence at this location was truly astounding. Finally I get to the front and it was like .63 above the $15 coupon and they don't credit cards and I don't have cash . I dropped the coupon and walked thanks subway, really appreciated it

Typical Subway, the subs are always good. My problem was the staff attitude, very unfriendly and mean. I just made it to a connecting flight and asked how long it would take because my flight would board in 10 minutes, I was very meanly told to wait and they had to call in another lady to come make the sandwich. Still happy I got my sub though, just the customer service that sucks.

The sandwich is good, the attention of the women who serve is bad.They all talk while they prepare your sandwich without a mask, they are derogatory. I will never have an experience of bad treatment again, so I do not recommend it.

Very bad service, morning crew denied to serve me food and 3 woman working at that time but none of them actually wanted to do there job and serve people they lie to people that there online service and debit machine is not working even though it was and asking for cash from customers very suspicious activity. So I went out and used MIA2GO service which was actually working but I was told it’s not. They disrespectfully handed me the food with very poor customer service. morning staff needs to be changed!!!!

Typical Subway. Gets someones order wrong. I got what i ordered but paid for Tuna. Gets very busy late night also , right after landings being that it's the only 24hr service in the airport. Took 45 minutes to get through the line. By the time I finished eating most were gone. Disappointing cleaning procedures take place while patrons are eating. At least most everyone else had left already.

The staff is robbing the owner of this Subway blind. I just walked up to buy a soda and the counter woman insisted it was cash only, charged no tax, did not open the register and gave me no receipt. Hope the owner sees this message. Dishonesty and theft should be called out by everyone.

Says closed on the maps but it's actually open 24hrs. Life saver when u fly in at 12 am and all the other restaurants are closed! The line will be ridiculous but worth it.
