It's crazy how they handle returns! I purchased couple of sunglasses and after few days needed to return due to the fit and sun blocking. It took them about 1 hour wasting time to process the return. It was deliberate effort to make it unpleasant and unrealistically long experience!

Horrible service. They don't stand behind anything they sell. No one should do business with the shady company. I have purchased 5 pairs of expensive sunglasses in the past. The most recent pair was three months ago. On this recent Sunday I was wearing them and I took them off and notice the lens was cracked. Having no idea why they would be cracked I took them in for warranty. I take them in and was given the fifth degree and told if I want to pay for them to be fixed I could pay full price. I paid $350 for a pair of sunglasses which broke through no fault of my own and their response is for me to pay for the repair. Zero customer service. Zero respect. Zero business in the future. I recommend everyone avoid this company and in particular this location.

I brought in a pair of sunglasses to return one week after purchasing because I decided they were too large for my face. A woman named Pania proceeded to clean my glasses oved and over, studying them for over 5 minutes. I asked her if she was trying to find a scratch so that she would not accept the return. She insisted there was a scratch. I looked - no scratch. She was trying to make me feel as if I couldn’t see it. She refused to process the return and was extremely rude throughout the process. Unfortunately, there was no manager on duty. The following day I took them back to the store on Lincoln Road where the staff are professional and friendly. They cleaned and inspected the glasses and processed the return with no issue, simply asking why I was returning them. See photos attached. Pania did not follow the Sunglass Hut refund policy because she probably didn’t want a reduction in her sales for the day. Not my problem.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. I was looking for a pair of sunglasses and the young lady working at the time wasn't very helpful and seemed upset being there. If you're not happy with your job, you should probably leave. Anyway, I left without buying anything since she seemed to be having a very bad day.

Horrible customer service! I’ve never experience anything as bad! Your employee was so rude! She got upset because I didn’t fold the glasses correctly and rushed my friend and me out of the store way before closing time!!

Horrible customer service. Came here to buy a $300 pair of glasses and the spanish lady that works there was extremely rude and trying to rush me to leave, she seemed to be tired or unsastisfied with that job. Dissapointed.
