I came to this service center in an emergency. My car had just popped the serpentine belt and I drove in from the highway. The team jumped into action, immediately assessing the issue with the water pump. The service was prompt, courteous, and the cost of the work was very fair. They had me back on the highway in less than 3 hours. Above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!!

Hi!
I am a loyal patron of Sunset Service Center for decades!! I was reading some other reviews and I must say that I liked ALL of the responses from ownership. I strongly suggest if you can find a more reliable, cleaner, honest shop in this area, one should certainly use them!!
No job is to big or to small. Life isn't perfect. Our machines break down. Sunset Service Centers does their absolute very best for all of their patrons to get them back on the road as soon as possible. How do I know? As I stated I have been a patron for decades. From my old antique cars to modern, if you are in need of good value, honest service, give them an opportunity. You will be happy you did.

I brought my Suburban in because I heard a loud humming noise from the front tires. I saw Matthew and told him I thought it might be my wheel bearing. I dropped off the car and within less than a half hour. He called me, confirming that my wheel bearings needed to be replaced. He explained everything they would do, what the parts would cost and how much the total service would be. About two hours later, he called me to let me know the car was done. He also let me know that my bushings needed replacement so he did it and included in the service. I appreciated the prompt and professional service and will definitely be back!!

This place is incredible. Go visit them and find your forever mechanic. They always come through in the clutch and are extreme helpful. There are no surprises here, they stay in touch with you every step of the way to provide updates.
