It is a non-profit aid organization with a staff trained to help and answer any question one may have. In particular, I had a very good experience with Victor Cejas and Roseline Bárcenas. I would give them many more stars.

I been asking them for help and every time I call trying to get an appointment to see the manager housing supervisor named Rosalind Barcenas they always say call an other time because she is not available, that doesn't sound right to me, I'm wondering if I have to be an specific race ,color, ethnic or if I have to talk with any specific accent to be accepted, it is a very humiliated experience.
