Do not use the ATM!!!!!!! I deposited cash and got a notice that the deposit did not go through because of an ATM malfunction. When I went into the bank they told me the ATM is owned by a private company so they could not refund me my cash and that I need to file a claim. Insane!! Changing to a more professional bank and never banking with them again.

I was immediately attended to by the banker Mishka, and wow, what a pleasure! She was very quick in helping me out with a smile on her face the entire time. You can truly tell that she loves her job and cares about the people she attends. This will be my new home bank because of her.

Horrible customer service in the drive. I waiting a few minutes to see if the lady would look over to see if there were any cars. She didn’t so I decided to beep and she came to the window and said to me that is why there is a bottom there. I told her in a nice way I didn’t reach. I said isn’t it the same thing it was for you to realize I am here. The lady turned her back at me brought me back my deposit with an attitude. The customer service is horrible . I don’t understand why people have jobs with people if they just don’t want to be bothered . I hate that people just don’t respect others not even in the work place. I hope her supervisor tells her something. Customer service is so important.

We are from Ukraine. They helped us a lot in this department, they opened a deposit bank card. Service was in English, everything with details, friendly attitude! Thank you very much to all branches of this bank for cooperation with Ukrainians who came under the u4u program, and not all of them have a sufficient list of documents to open an account in other banks. Wow what a horrible bank. If its not the atm eating your money; its the staff with its horrible customer service. They close down early just because they don't feel like working. If i ask the teller what my balance just tell me im already there !!!! Don't send me outside to check and tell me that i am making you work.

Best bank I’ve been in. Customer service is really good, but waiting time is not well. Their bank is really clean, and I’m surprised how it is. I don’t know why it has 2.9 AV Stars. I would rate it 4 stars, but I feel the stars average is unjustified, so I’m boosting it to 5 stars.
