We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
Poor customer service. The Truist in Coral Gables always answers the phone with a live person. This one does not. There is always a wait at the bank, and the people there don't return phone calls or emails. It used to be much better.

I have been trying for several days to reach someone at this branch to buy a CD. Left one message unreturned after 4 days; no answer today on phone at 1130. Whats the matter with these folkd??

How is that possible that they publish that they are open, when they are not. Long distances to get to the branch then they are closed.
