Horrible staff and horrible haircut. The lady cut my son’s hair like he’s a sheep, not a human. And after waiting in the line for 35 minutes with online appointment at 4 pm, they skipped me and got 3 people with 4:30 appointments noticing me that online system is down today. How can it be down for my reservation and good for other customers? Also they suggested me to go across the street to another place after they saw me sitting and waiting 45 minutes at their place. Or to call the police if I am not happy with what they said. Another smart suggestion from them. Not happy with how I was treated and not happy seeing my son in tears with ugly haircut.
