I have mixed experiences at this location.Unless I coordinate my visit with the stylist, Veronica. What can I say.She cuts curly hair fantastic! She is very professional, kind and cares about you.She shares her hours so I am sure to be there when she is if I have an emergency and see someone else it is always it and miss?♀️.Plus Veronica speaks and understands English not just Spanish. This is important for when you are trying to communicate your hair problems and how you want her to cut you hair now.Also just being nice how else can you speak to someone if they don’t bother to understand you.

skip it if you're a woman. 10mn lopsided cut that is taking months to grow out. Stylist was a middle aged lady (M....) who said she understood English. I have my doubts, about her training too!Service: Haircut

Went to Marta to get my haircut, and after asking her to cut some framing pieces around my face, she proceeded to hack layers into my hair as if not understanding what I was asking for. After 3 times of asking her for the pieces and watching her cut and shorten my long layers, I stopped her. She then told me she didn't think what I asked her for would look good, so she did what she thought was better. Saying a "shaggy" hairstyle looks best. Now I have hair way shorter than intended, with "shaggy" layers that I did not ask for, and still no framing layers around the face. Absolutely unprofessional.Service: Haircut

Not happy with the people at this location. All they want to do is cut your hair quick to get you out and bring in the next person and then do a very bad job at it.

Went with my 3 year old and my mother. The ladies working there looked annoyed when we walked in and said something in Spanish to each other that clearly wasn’t welcoming. They wanted to charge my mother 60.00 for a blow out. The color and cut for my hair was questioned several time by the stylist. We got up and left. The vibes and prices were just not there. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome like we were inconveniencing them.

06/30/22 Before Olga washed my hair I asked her how much she was going to charge me for a hair cut. I don't have abundant hair, my hair was short, but I wanted it shorter. Olga told me it would cost me $22 and I accepted. She did a quick blow dry and that was it! Olga recommended I buy a Paul Mitchell spray to boost volume for $18.50. When I went to pay, she told me that she had problems with the payment machine and told me to insert my credit card a couple of times. I was worried because I thought she was going to charge me several times, but she told me that there was not going to be an overcharge problem. I added to the payment a $5.00 tip that with the product, haircut and tax it came to $46 50. Weeks later when I'm checking my credit card statement Olga had charged me $88.60. I called the salon manager and she blamed me for leaving her the overcharge of $41.80 tip. That was a blatant lie because the only tip I left Olga was $5.00. I called the credit card company to dispute the overcharge and the credit card company refunded my account for the $41.80 overcharge.I don't know if this was an unintentional mistake or it is a mistake on purpose. Be careful paying with a credit card because these mistakes can happen to anyone and if you don't check your credit card statements, you can end up paying Supercuts in Pinecrest twice for hhe service and products you received. Now I think it is better to pay with cash.

I just called for an appointment and Olga who picked up the phone was SO rude. I had the call on speaker and my husband even made a comment that she was extremely rude.I called to make an appointment and I was asking “do you have availa…” she cuts me off “NO APPOINTMENTS”. I was then trying to clarify if that meant today or in general and she cut me off again and told me just walk in. When I asked about the price she said “she thought” it was $10 ishh for a bang trim.Terrible customer service and it wasn’t a language barrier thing because she spoke perfect English she’s just RUDE AF.I called a salon 4 blocks over and they gave me an appointment right away. Don’t even bother calling this place unless you’re in the mood to talk to a “see you next Tuesday” like Olga.

I barely even want to give it one star. Absolute waste of money. I paid $58 for lazy work. Said my hair was “too long and thick to curl”. This is a hair salon. That’s your job and other locations have been able to do that. One of the employees had a lousy attitude the whole time. Do not waste your time and money here.
