My regular salon barber canceled my appointment before I went on vacation due to an “emergency vacation”… so I was in desperate need of a haircut when I returned and I needed a quick appointment and Mercedes listened while I told her what I wanted and she cut expertly and efficiently. My haircut was so much better than the salon barber ever managed..!
Give this shop a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. I had scheduled an online appointment for 4:30 p.m., arrived on time, and was met with some confusion. The staff initially seemed unsure of my appointment, and one of the employees mentioned that appointments weren't required and you could just walk in. There was also a delay as they tried to figure out a billing issue, which led to a bit of disorganization.
Eventually, I was told to take a seat, but after explaining that I needed a wash and blow-dry, the stylist informed me she couldn't assist due to a shoulder issue. I was then asked to wait again, while another customer received service before me.
When it was finally my turn, the stylist did a good job on the wash and ok on blow-dry (no products were added) and my finish look was frizzy. However, I was surprised when I received the bill. The cost came to $92, significantly higher than the $35 starting price I saw online. I was informed that the blow-dry was $61 and the rest was for a small trim of my bangs.

I paid the amount without dispute but felt the overall experience and price was not as expected.
I am recovering from a shoulder injury and am unable to wash and blow-dry my hair myself, so I sought this service as a solution. This will be my first and last time here.
