The most beautiful store in Dadeland. This is one of those stores that I look forward to visiting every time I go to the mall. I went today to replace my Angelic bracelet and Camila was super nice and diligent in helping me.

For many years I have been a customer of this brand and I have never received so much abuse from a worker at the store. Today a girl helped me on the 4 pm shift who was leaving and it seems annoying that she will arrive just at the moment it was ending Her turn is very rude. It's a shame that such a nice store with so much prestige employs these types of people, the main thing is that they judge by appearances without knowing that anyone can be a good customer. I wrote this review only because I am a business owner and I know What can be detrimental to an employee who treats a customer badly? I hope my comment is of some use.

My wife wanted a watch for Christmas and I tried convincing her to get a real watch from a reputable brand. She insisted on getting a $320 piece of s*** from this particular store. 3 months later and the battery is already depleted. Came back to the store and they don't service the watch, they told her that Swarovski charges $50 and it takes 8 weeks to replace the battery. Worst customer service I've had in a while in the USA.

Swarovski is my ultimate favorite store. I always shop in the Dadeland location. I was there yesterday and had a superb shopping experience. I was assisted by a young lady named Carrie. She was so sweet and gracious. She is also extremely knowledgeable about every item in the store. She picked out a choker with matching earrings that when I put on I fell in love with. I purchased both. I am so grateful for all of the assistance that Carrie provided. I will be back soon. They are also having a wonderful sale so let the shopping begin!!!!A happy customer,Gayle ?

Lets talk about the time Dadeland Swarovski and store manager maryellen ruined my 8 year anniversary, shall we?I received this bracelet as a gift. Exactly what I wanted for the last couple years. Upon receiving it, it broke within 1 day. I went to return t and was told I could only exchange it for a new one. I exchanged it, but at their store in Boca because the ladies working at Dadeland store were unable to find another bracelet in their stock.The second bracelet also broke within a day, luckily I was able to find it. I went to return the bracelet at the Dadeland store again. The other customer service lady was very sweet, but had absolutely no idea what she was doing and was the only person in the store. Again, I was told I was only able to exchange. I did not want to exchange considering the bracelet is clearly made poorly and not designed to stay on a normal human wrist longer than an hour… but, that was my only option apparently. So again, I exchanged.Then, I returned to the Dadeland store to return the new bracelet. It was not broken, so there’s no reason to exchange and a simple return should suffice this time. Except not. The store manager Mary ellen initiated the return and took the bracelet from me. However, I got a phone call the next week saying the return did not process. Meaning, she took my money, and my bracelet. The manager stated needing the original receipt, which was at the Boca store. So yes, I drove all the way to Boca after work to pick up the receipt, then to Dadeland to deliver the original receipt and complete the return. EXCEPT, YET AGAIN, the store manager stated that the return could not be processed. It was already out of the 14 day window. So, thanks to the store manager’s incompetence, I have wasted many hours driving back and forth from north broward to miami dade, not to mention time waiting in their store while she chit-chatted with me standing there, and now im an stuck with an unwearable bracelet. She did offer me store credit though! How kind. Except, I can’t imagine anything in this store is made any better than the bracelet. But back to the main point, it was this store manager’s incompetence and lack of urgency that now has cost me a few hundred dollars and multiple hours. So thank you Swarovski for turning my 8 year anniversary into a stressful nightmare. You know my husband will never be returning to your store, nor any of the friends and family who have watched us handle this during our family vacation.
