They are all about fees. Seems like greed is their priority, or perhaps they get bonuses when there are bunch of extra fees.
To get someone on the phone sometimes is kind of tough.

Arrived 11 am on Saturday with full truck load...get dock right away...unloaded within 1 hour... very friendly people here.. on check in and in warehouse.

That picture is hilarious because they got time to take pictures, no wonder it takes forever to get your cargo delivered or picked up!
