I don't know how they determined the order. They took everyone who came after me before me. I waited for my turn for exactly 1 hour. I definitely do not recommend.

Came into the store on 9/23/2023 to add two lines and get a apple watch walked in and not one worker even looked up or even acknowledged me when i walked in there was a couple of customers waiting no one signed me in nothing more customer walked in, yes it is a primarily spanish speaking area, the worker seen all the customer waiting and proceeded to speak spanish to take down name to put a list together the worker did not even stop to get my name he overlooked me so i advised the worker i dont speak or understand spanish but provided my name and informed the worker that i was waiting before all the other customers walked in he still added me to the bottom of the list of and all the other customers got called before me i did ask the next worker why everyone else was being helped before me he stated he was going by the list and i advised him that the other worker skipped me and went straight to the spanish speaking customers and added them before me he said he fixed the list and walked off the worker then told me i had to wait till the next worker was free and i advised him that i came before all of the other customers that were being called and he told me he was again going by the list that was wrong so i was told to wait and i told him to take me off the list i will go to another store but i know have been in the process of canceling my account cause of the interaction in the store with the rep ill go somewhere else with my business.

Have been there twice, once to buy a new phone and once to exchange. The experiences have been great. In the last one, I was helped by Michael, and I must say he was superb. He is very approachable and helpful, and even when the waiting list got large and he was helping several people at once, he was kind and patient. TMobile is lucky to have him as an employee!

A sales rep (Claudia) here sold me a phone under false pretenses. I called customer service, and they told me unfortunately I had to deal with the store directly. I came the first time and the manager listened, took down all of my information and said she would call me back in 2 days. 3 weeks later I returned to the store, speaking with a different manager that did the same exact thing. She called me back after she spoke with her DM, and did absolutely nothing. It was miscommunication and incorrect information I was sold from Claudia. But the employers would rather protect their employees than do the right thing. I called corporate and got everything resolved after 2 long months thankfully! But don't ever buy a phone here for waste your time.

I forgot my iCloud password completely that my iPhone was disabled for an hour. I’m like I lost all my photos, data , etc. So I decided to go to T-Mobile maybe someone can help me. As I walked in Mike help me right away I explain to him what happen and he went above and beyond to get my phone ready to work right away. He did not hesitate at all. He knew what he was doing. He made sure my line was back running and made sure I received all my pics , data , etc back. He’s a life saver lol I appreciate you Mike. Thank you for everything and being very patient. You the man.

I had never had any problems with any of my IPhones until Sprint sold out to T-mobile the worst cell phone service next to cricket and AT & T, I had never had to have a sim card for my iphone, and t-mobile screwed that all up, and all this company really cares about us money, not the customer, i'll be leaving this service and going elsewhere soon

Staff isn't very helpful or friendly. The salesman explained a phone upgrade that didn't make much sense, the exact transaction was completed online minutes after we left the store $284 less than the offer in store. Not one of the multiple employees could even acknowledge us when we entered the store. The wait was over 45 minutes. Other customers cut in line and arguments broke out with staff not saying or doing anything. One employee even said it wasn't her problem figure out who's next on your own. Worst experience at any TMobile. The only positive is the store is conveniently located, well kept, stocked and clean.

Kiriat was so helpful and very sweet, she was able to provide assistance right away! Definitely recommend this location, I will definitely be coming back, they go above and beyond. Shayla the assistant store manager is also so helpful and very sweet! Come to this location:)))
