T-Mobile 's customer service is horrible. I left their service in September. Every month since , including this month I receive some sort of "Final Bill". Never ends. When you call T-Mobile all calls are forwarded to call center in the Philippines . Nice people but unfortunately can't do anything to help you, Other than read your bill and charge you. When you ask for a transfer to stateside customer service they won't do it. Last bill was for 18.00 , not that a person couldn't pay but rather a point of principle. I have wasted more that 6 hours of my time on the phone and driving to the local stores since I left them. My time is money as I see it. I would not return to T-Mobile even if the service was free. They don't care about the customer

The very bad attention I received from Lissett, that lady lacks charisma. When you go to buy they lay out the mat for you but when you go to ask a question they receive you with a hundred stones in their hands. They make you wait. And after the fact they don't help you. I spent more than two hours in this place. To know that the person who helped me was through the phone line. Totally disappointed in T mobile.

In short- The sale associate clearly didn’t want to help me. She was condescending and unhelpful. I went to another T-mobile (at The Falls) with the same issue and they helped me promptly with no problem!In detail: I went to T-mobile Palmetto Bay on 12/19/23 at 10:15am to purchase a new iPhone because my current iPhone 11 was malfunctioning. After waiting for the representative to be available to help, I explained my situation and told her I was looking to purchase an iPhone 13. From that moment on she started given me so many excuses about my storage. It felt as if she was trying to get me to purchase a more expensive phone (with more space). I told her I wanted to stay within my budget and didn’t want a phone higher than 128GB. Once I mentioned my budget there came more excuses, and she was a bit condescending. I told her I would try a different store and she said it would be the same thing (again, I think she was trying to get me to spend more money). So I told her I would take the time to delete things off my phone in order to do get a 128GB phone. She said “OK” and I sat down deleting things. At this point I thought about leaving because it really felt like she didn’t want to help me, but decided to stay since I was already there. After 3 min she came back and said “I have bad news. We don’t have the iPhone 13 in 128GB in the back.” I told her it’s OK, I’ll try another store. Thanks for your help. I went to T-mobile at The Falls and got the iPhone 14 (128GB) and even stayed within my budget!! I was in and out of there within 45 minutes! I don’t want to knock the whole staff at Palmetto Bay, but my encounter with that sale associate was very unfortunate.

This store is awesome, ask for Max Escate he will definitely help you out and take care of any issues you may have. I went to a T-Mobile store on Sw 152nd apparently is was independently owned and they really didn’t help me with my issue with my new iPhone 15, they told me to go to Apple and have my new phone checked for defects. I went to this T-Mobile store which is corporately owned and instantly Max trouble shooted and went to extent of calling T-Mobile for me and they resolved my issue. Apparently the other store shut off my data which is why my phone wasn’t working properly, I appreciated it very much. Thanks again Max!!

I went to T Mobile looking for assistance looking for help in paying my bill and while Estrella C, the mobile expert who assisted me, also helped me get an iPad for my son being that his birthday was coming up. During our conversation while she was helping me make a payment for my services, she explained to me options I could take advantage of with my plan to come up with a perfect gift for my daughter, which was an apple watch, and for my son, which was an iPad. She shared her knowledge for the equipment she introduced me to and her compassion for my situation in regards to purchasing upgrades for my kids. They really loved the equipment I brought home to them and I appreciate Estrella C for her help and for having my best interests when providing me the help and explanation I needed to guide me into making my decision to upgrade regardless of my purpose of going to the store originally. It was very much appreciated. Thank you Estrella

The service has been amazing. This is the second time I come with technical issues and Max has been extremely helpful. I have been to other stores but no other store compares to the care I get at this store. Give Max an award!
