4 iPhones 16 pro max and they managed to put screen protector on only one of them without bubbles, using 6 screen protectors in the process. At the same time they are charging 45 dollars for them. Avoid at all cost!!

Abi the the owner has the worst screens on the market, i change my screen and two days after the screen had green lines.
I came to request help and he wanted to charge me $240 more after I paid $300

Paid $44 for average quality plastic phone case at the falls location, guy told me it was 39.99 as I was about to pay and he took the card out of my hand and had charged it for a higher price?
Avoid these locations.
Scamming businesses in Miami are out of pocket, I hope they starve.
I would’ve been cool with $20 but $44.50 — seriously lol
Can’t even return it or exchange it because he opened and kept the packaging…

could not find the location in the falls but i highly advise not going to any of these locations, i took my phone to the location to have it fixed for a broken screen, it was returned not working and after a back and forth with the owner (said he was the owner of the store and 22 others) he said the phone was already broken and nothing could be done which obviously wasnt acceptable since i gave him a fully functioning phone. so we had a back and forth to which he proceeded to grab his waist for his gun and threaten me for 0 reasons other than to just intimate me. not only did he hustle me for my money and time, he threaten me and asked me how old i was (assuming to threaten me more if i was older 18) im writing this review and also going to the police.

Warning: buyers beware, this cell phone place puts on cheap after market parts that will break shortly after purchase. I purchased a replacement screen on Wednesday for $80 and without dropping my phone or anything (it's actually in a tech cover) the screen broke. Very poor quality and customer service .. your better off paying the fee extra dollars and going to the Apple store !!! Let let me say "i told you so" !!

Quintinn!!!! 5 stars! Such an amazing soul/personality! Super friendly and very caring as well as humble! Loved her! She actually converses with you and really tries to help you, she takes her time and walks you through the products. Honestly the best so much so I had to give her a hug before I left. I live about 45 or more minutes from there but I would go back to Dadeland Mall just because of her! Other Lush stores are great and all but she truly takes the cake. Highly recommend going to Dadeland Mall and ask for Quintinn!

I went to lush today to restock on some of my favs and I met Alex Garrido whom made me feel like a vip customer! She was so nice and welcoming without being overbearing. She was sweet and upbeat and knew her lush products ! We talked about how I really missed snow fairy from Christmas collecting and she went above and beyond to satisfy and help her guest that she went to the back and got me a huge free sample of snow fairy and made my day !!! She needs a promotion or some recognition for her service skills! Thanks again Alex !
