This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an optical store. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like he couldn’t care less about customers. The two girls working there were no better—just standing around chatting on the phone instead of helping anyone.
When it came time to pay, the guy didn’t even bother to use my insurance and tried to charge me an outrageous amount. I’ve never paid that much for glasses in my life. Thankfully, I walked out, took my prescription to For Eyes, and ended up paying half the price for better glasses and better service.
Target Optical should be ashamed of the way this location treats people. Unprofessional, careless, and a complete waste of time. I’ll never go back and I’d recommend others stay far away.

had a wonderful experience at this optical shop! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options without making me feel rushed. The eye exam was thorough, and I felt confident in the results. They also had a great selection of frames at different price points, and the team helped me find a pair that fits both my style and budget.
The service was quick, and I really appreciated how attentive they were from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my future eye care needs and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and friendly staff!
