Our experience at Target in Westchester:
Disappointing Customer Service & Lack of Display Strollers
My wife and I visited the Target in Westchester to check out a stroller before deciding on a purchase. Unfortunately, our experience was far from smooth. After waiting over 30 minutes and even speaking with the manager, it took far too long for an employee to assist us.
To make matters worse, the stroller we were interested in was not available as a display model. The only advice given was to buy it, assemble it, and return it if we didn’t like it—an inconvenient and frustrating suggestion.
Overall, the lack of timely assistance and proper in-store displays made our visit disappointing. Hopefully, Target improves its customer service and product availability in the future.

Frightening!!!! The electronics department offers sales and collection services for various telephones. The people who work there have such variable service hours that at the time of day you need them, they are at lunch for more than an hour and there is no one who can assist you. I recommend that they remove the monthly payment service for telephone lines, it is false that they offer it.

I have been calling this store for the past two days with a question and nobody bothers to answer the phone. That's totally unacceptable lack of customer service. Makes me not want to visit this store again.

Lines were terrible felt like I was at Walmart but then oh then their dressing room has a NURISNG ROOM!!! GAME CHANGER FOR ME AND MY BABY THANK YOU :)

Terrible service from customer service, I spent almost more than 45 minutes waiting to be attended to to buy a product that was under security and I had to leave without being able to buy it and the manager of that shift was the one who left me waiting

I love this store it’s always super clean and organized. Also the cashier Yanet was super nice and helpful. I can be super picky with my stuff but I’m glad that she was really patient.

Online ordering was easy and painless, I chose store pickup and there were several locations available in my area. Other than a minor wait in line which is a good thing in my large crowded city, pickup at the store was a pleasant experience thanks to a friendly staff.
