This location has always had bad customer service, but now its gotten worse. The new rule is the self-checkout is for 10 items or less; now people have to make a line for a register while the self-check out is completely empty. The lady employee directing the traffic takes her job too serious and gets bent out of shape about counting your items, its makes me not even want buy more than the 10 items so I won't have to make the line

Tati, thank you, she is a very kind lady, every time I go to pay at target or need to look for something, I look for her and she is always willing and very happy to help us, thank you very much target for having people working who enjoy helping others !!

This gets a 1 star. Because I did an order pickup for an item that was still in stock when I left the store. Then they said it was sold out after I did the order online, Thats a load of B.S when I left the store a few minutes ago because of heavy foot traffic when they had the item there. I contacted the store 3 times and no one picked up. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Need to train associates better.

Good morning, I hope that some owner of this place can see this post and take some serious action, at this Target they work hard to find someone to help you when you need something. Supervisor Yanelis verbally abused worker Yakelin (Latina). In front of me I demanded that he had to finish organizing before 9:30 am, which was very slow, and he was just getting started, he responded. You are very slow and other very challenging words towards Yakelin (Latina) she was embarrassed to serve me and tried to find me what I was looking for very kindly. I went to the manager a young guy and told him. A supervisor is there to train himself through his experience, his knowledge makes him be a supervisor, guide the personnel who are under his requirements, but he does not have the right to treat his workers rudely. Yakelin (Latina) spoke softly, she responded with humility and that bothered him more. For me she was very scandalous. Today I had a horrible experience in that store. One of the gentlemen (a tall man in his 50s) who picks up the shopping carts in the park put one of the carts near my car. Suddenly the cart was moving and heading towards my car, I asked the man to please move the car away because it could hit my car, to my surprise the man answered me in such a rude manner with a very high tone of voice and such lack of respect that I had the need to go to Talk to the manager, who apologized, but in this case I think apologies are unnecessary. Target needs to take action in these situations where employees have terrible customer service and leave a very bad image of stores like this, I think they should be more careful when hiring staff. Mind you, this is not the first time I have seen terrible customer service in that specific store.

My neighborhood Target but always the best for last minute things, although the Starbucks there could be better, the employees are always around if you're in need of something & they get a good selection of products.

If they call a manager and it's Claudia, ask for a different manager. Your experience will likely be better for it.Drive-Up service is phenomenal though.
