Horrible team super rude, heard workers in the back having a conversation and to be honest i am so disgusted, the N-Word with the hard R being used in a TD-Bank is so crazy, i don’t recommend there service especially if you are someone of color, please be careful.

Tellers don’t make you feel welcome, never smile and the attitude is like you’re bothering them, lazy people work there everything is slow

Very nice and helpful! I have no idea why they have low stars, I’ve been coming here for years at least 20 times and everyone I encountered here is LOVELY! They will help you thoroughly with whatever you need.

It’s unfortunate to see the service has diminished throughout the years, TD bank is always a great bank and needs to be reassessed for better service. The branch can be empty and you still have to wait atleast 1 hour for a card replacement which is ridiculous just to say they no longer provide instant card replacement.

I banked with this branch for over 10 years and the new manager closed my account with no notice or reason. Corporate immediately gave me another account and apologized but it was completely unprofessional. Avoid this branch at all costs

Copilot (Microsoft’s AI application) prominently shows that TD Bank is one of the banks that offers tenants ib the entirety joint accounts. At the branch, the officer who took care of me said the bank does not offer that account and she she asked her manager, who, according to her said this was a legal matter and not a banking service. Who is right, Copilot, or the bank officer? Does the bank offer this account? If not, then where did Copilot get its information?
