Terrible customer service. I asked to speak to the manager but none showed up. So I asked for the manager's business card and had to ask three times to be able to get it. Once I managed to get the card, I called to the company headquarter and filed a complaint.

Great service, just came 15 min before closing and they were willing to offer the service while I went to the branch close to palmetto and bird road with 30 min still to close and they were not willing to help. I guess the difference is made by the people!

I'm about to close my account as soon as I check out another bank. I don't want to just from the frying pan into the fire. Let me just say that Ms. Cortes who is the Manager of this branch is a professional problem solving lady and is the only asset in this branch. I would definitely get rid of Vanessa. She's just plain useless. Now their fraud department is about the WORST EVER. I have been hacked FOUR TIMES and I opened the account less than SIX MONTHS AGO!!!!! This afternoon I have spent with an idiot named Robert who doesn't seem to know what he's doing. He tells me he'll call me back and he doesn't. I have never dealt with a bank like this before. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM TD BANK.

I went to open an account in this branch and I couldn't because I recently came from the USA 23 years ago, I have never returned to Cuba, therefore I do not have a Cuban passport and even with my residence license and social status, they denied me opening the account because I did not have a Cuban passport. .
At the moment I thought I was in Cuba...

Terrible treatment at that place. I won't go there anymore. They kept me waiting for two hours and finally told me that they couldn't serve me. Very bad opinion of that place.

If you are a new US resident with a Green Card and social security number, don't waste your time at this bank. This branch does not accept new residents with a Green Card less than 6 months after it was issued. If you want a bank account take your business to another bank with nicer welcome policies. (WF).

I just opened an account at this branch today and was helped by a super disrespectful lady named Vanessa, bad treatment, bad service, in a hurry to finish, she reluctantly helped me with my online banking, I do not recommend this branch, the service is terrible and TD Bank You should choose better the staff you hire to serve the public, not everyone has the patience and the art of dealing with people.

Very rude staff and including the manager of the branch, Had an appointment for 10am and arrives earlier and they skipped our appointment because they needed our cell phone present, to open an account didn't know I was required a smart cell phones to open a checking account,Bank of America got the account opened quickly
