Went through drive through today and waited extensively despite being the only car there. They weren't working at the window station so it felt like they forgot I was they was there. Finally a woman came to inform me that their systems were down and just came back up and my transaction was complete. I drove away only to find someone elses TD card in with my cash withdrawal!! So what did i do like the good human I am, I called the branch so they dont have to search for this missisng card. Every call ended in either being put on hold, getting hung up on, or a recording asking if I wanted to be transferred to their dispatch customer service (which wouldnt help the situation). It was raining and flooded eveywhere and wouldve been competely out of my way if I went back. Unfortunately, I wasnt going to go out of my way if unnecessary not knowing if they even wanted this card back. So if you dont want your bank card to go to someone else then consider banking elsewhere. And Pablo M of Calusa, I have your card. Ill cut it up for you and trash it so no one will be using it. Ill also be looking for another bank. One that doesnt hang up on callers. Thanks TD.

Honestly , if you have bills to pay and you are a POC do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else. I have a hold on a check from the same company that another TD bank took care of with ease. Oh and to top things off I received no explanation for the hold ,so I am to assume its racial discrimination since the other TD took care of it with a smile and a kind demeanor, kept true to their word.I am very disappointed with this service and don't recommend it.

No customer service. Yesterday after a 20 to 25 minutes wait , they kick us from the bank, with the excuse that the service that i need ill take more than 45 minutes, to create an account, and they close at 5:00 pm.......literally TD Bank does no need clients or money in their account...so terrible, don't got to this location... was service ever....

I set up an account for a CD that matured Sept 29th. I had to open a checking account to do so. Understandable. When I arrived on the 29th tellers not a banker were behind the windows not knowing what to so. Luckily the blond middle aged banker who had helped me ooen the CD twice was there to save the day. Needless to say it's not an ideal way to bank through a window with people who talk to you about important sums of money with a mask on. The young teller had the audacity to ask me to park elsewhere (like a fast food drive thru) because a line was forming. I said no I would not. I wanted my money. And the checking wasn't needed anymore because I was moving from Miami. So i was told the checking account was closed. Given a receipt which since then I have in a car in Tallahassee never thinking I'd throw it away but also never thinking I'd need it again given that all my business was done.TDB is not ready for prime time. The branch in Kendall was at first friendly and offered a rate compared to other banks but after covid they became hostile unfriendly and unprofessional.They are still sending me statements as if I had the checking account still. Infuriating as i no longer live in Miami and the bank only has branches in Miami. Do not trust this bank!

Nick Romero deserves a raise, a promotion and all of the above. His customer service is outstanding! Never fails to amaze me on how helpful he is! The rest of the staff is great too. Love banking at this location.

There is no customer service. Refer to branch manager, so the person who answer the phone will do bare minimum. And you won’t be tossing around.

I have my personal account here and my business at another bank. Every time I come in this branch, which is not very often nowadays, I get great service, there's never a wait, and it is easy to access and park. Very happy.
