About Cruise Terminal G - Port of Miami
Cruise Terminal G at the Port of Miami is described as clearly marked and well-organized, with helpful staff providing directions for an easy drop-off process. The boarding process is generally simple and moves quickly, though some passengers noted the security procedure involving a K9 unit felt overly strict and poorly managed. Travelers are advised to have their documents ready and notifications for their ship enabled. Reviews of the cruise experience from this terminal are mixed. Positive aspects frequently highlighted include excellent customer service from friendly and respectful staff, comfortable and clean cabins, and an absolutely spectacular buffet with abundant food available around the clock. The ship itself is called beautiful, with good entertainment, including talented performers and enjoyable shows. However, several significant downsides were reported. The itinerary was sometimes changed abruptly due to weather or security concerns, leading to disappointment over missed destinations and activities. Disembarkation at certain terminals, unlike Terminal G, was criticized for being hot, crowded, and inefficient. Some passengers also reported issues with fellow travelers cutting in lines and displaying rude behavior, which detracted from the experience. Despite these problems, many concluded it was a great cruise overall, praising the service and food highly.

The process is simple. Tell the Uber driver the name of your boat. Most likely they will know the correct terminal based on your ship. Have your documents (passport/Birth Certificate) ready. ENSURE you have your notifications on for your ship in case there are complications or delays.
