The facility is gorgeous and filled with a lovely cacophony of beautiful birds. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They show a lot of love and caring for the birds in their maintenance and are very patient, taking time to answer questions without making customers feel rushed. They go above and beyond to teach proper care and help select the perfect bird, demonstrating a genuine concern for the safety and well-being of all birds. The birds from the shop are noted for being very kind and loving and are of the highest health quality. Customers highly recommend the shop, describing it as a great experience and a pleasure to do business with. Many state they would return in a heartbeat and not to look anywhere else.
