I went for an 8 am class, and it was so good! I'm usually not the time of person that works out in the mornings but this class was fun and challenging , the music was great too , the place is clean and with many amenities, would recommend 100 percent

Worse welcome and hard to find the place... The day I went it was raining, it is very hard to find the place as there is construction on the street and this is in an adjacent building of the Paramount, when I called the girl in the front desk has no idea how to give me directions, clueless.. then the teacher took the phone and when I got there they told me the excuse of "she is only here once a week, she doesn't know" and didn't even welcomed me or tell me what to do, the teacher turned around to start the class and this same girl was looking at her computer.. so i heard her start the class and ran to see what others started doing... not very good warm up, she went right into the toning. A lot of leg and butt work, my right butt still hurts a couple of days after.

Obsessed with this place! They have high intensity and low intensity classes. I highly recommend trying it out.

Really nice studio in Miami, it is located on the second floor and you need a code to get in, you can always call them to open for you or if you are lucky just follow someone who is walking in. The studio is pretty nice, they sell clothes and socks and have "beauty stations" with mirrors. There are also changing stations and lockers, you do need to ask for a key and walk out for the bathroom. I've tried several classes and all of them are different depending on the instructor but overall I would say all instructors have been motivating and welcoming. They use prompts like dumbbells, bands, balls and ankle weights, you can find the prompt you will be using written on a board outside the main room. Even though you probably will not sweat too much you are still working, they focus on high reps with low weights which is not as easy as it looks. Your muscles are working and you will feel it the next couple days. In addition to barre, they also have a yoga class which is great for a change if you are taking barre classes often (although all barre classes are not the same) I would recommend to try this class too. This is a great place if you want to exercise surrounded by women only and want to feel empowered! Make sure you bring socks and be ready to work!

As a physical therapist I can really appreciate the classes at barre code Miami. I am recommending them to many of my patients, the method for strengthening is safe and functional and the instructors are great with helping people modify exercises if there are physical limitations.

I usually hide at the gym and keep to myself bc I look my worst and I go to workout and enjoy 'me' time. Therefore I went a long time thinking that I could avoid paying for a gym membership and utilize free online workout programs to tone...I am finally admitting how wrong I was. I still do run every day, however, it wasn't until I started at Barre that I genuinely saw real toning results and felt strong! It is such a nice community of girls. Cady is one of my favorite teachers but everyone is great. I don't base my attendance on the teachers or classes - really just when I can attend because I don't have any complaints and enjoy going! Another misconception I had was that I had to be doing high intensity work outs to see results. Barre is focused on high reps and low weights and it is not easy! I am truly obsessed with it. You can go every day and regardless if you're attending the 'barre' class - every teacher and routine is different so your constantly challenging your body. I love the individuality of each instructor too - I enjoy taking advantage of my unlimited membership! Recently they have added kickboxing class too and it is sooo fun! I wish they had this class more often too. Amber's energy is so contagious. There is no way I haven't convinced you all now....see ya at Barre!

I had a great first class and I am going again! Parking is pay by the hour on the street. Bring socks! Complimentary lockers are provided. Service at front desk was pleasant and helpful. The instructor was easy to follow and the class was well paced.

I had the unfortunate experience of taking a class with Michelle. If you want an instructor who barely instructs, degrades you in class (not in any sort of motivating or fitness related way), doesn't teach form or alignment--take her class! I literally had to work out after class ended because it was a complete waste of time, energy, and money.

I literally had to work out after her class because it was a complete waste of time, energy and money. Worst instructor I have ever experienced; funny enough when I told my friends the first thing they asked was "Who was your instructor, Michelle?" Sad to see someone who is supposed to help empower and elevate (and you are paying them to do so) be such a negative source of energy and lack of any guidance in class. With the overabundance of Barre and fitness studios in Miami, one would think client retention would be a high priority. I will never return to this studio, "Exhale" at the Epic Downtown has amazing Barre classes and every instructor is friendly, motivating, and you get a fantastic workout in!

Meet me at the Barre This is my jam! I've been going to the Barre Code Miami for over a year now and I have no complaints. All of the instructors are down to earth, helpful and patient with your technique, upbeat, and best of all - challenging. There's nothing better than going in to workout and seeing a kind face to help encourage and motivate you. There are a few different workout classes that the Barre Code Miami offers; TBC (cardio + strength), barre, and a ZenFlow yoga class. All of which are extremely beneficial to one's body, barre to make you lean, strong and tall, TBC for that cardio, and Yoga for that stretch. Throughout the classes, they play great music, and the lighting is low - blue light, which makes it a great atmosphere. The studio is located in a great location, on the corner of Biscayne Blvd and 20th Terrace, in the new hip Edgewater area. It's very clean and large, and they have a few dressing rooms and vanities. The timing of the classes are perfect, you can go before or after work, and then a few during the daytime as well. Great times as well on Saturdays and Sundays, just a few in the morning I also enjoy their clothing line, they have some cute get-ups of quality brands. The Barre Code Miami is legit - and I must say it's a very welcoming gym in the active feugo city of Miami

Great workout!! The studio is really nice clean and airy. The instructor was awesome. I had never been to a Barre Code location before and the studio room was lit up like a club and had fun upbeat music. The entire floor was a thick padded floor that was a bit annoying because I didn't have sticky socks. I would have rather not worn any socks but they require it and offer them (regular socks) for free if you don't have any. The bathrooms are weird, the're down this weird hall and were not very clean. On the major plus side your first class is free which is awesome!!
