I was sold a vape pen that doesnt work...doesn't charge at all. I went back 2 days later to let them know and the guy that works there kept repeating himself about the policy of no returns or exchanges. They don't care if they sell you products that don't work. He said I could have asked to see if it worked and I said you could offered to make sure it does and we wouldn't be here. I asked for the owner's information to talk about this. He said he can't give that to me (despite it being public information who owns the business). DONT GO WHERE YOU BUY THINGS THAT DONT WORK! WHAT TERRIBLE BUSINESS TO DO WITH PEOPLE!

Bad smoke shop. Bad experience. Worst service. Went with my friend to buy a vape. My friend asked the employee there for a specific vape said he didnt have, had my friend purchase something else. As soon as he got back in the car my friend told me about the issue as they didnt have the specific one which i doubted because i usually buy there, went inside saw exactly what i wanted not even 10seconds after purchase and said they cannot exchange it when package was still intact and not opened and only after 10seconds of purchase.
