I went to the children’s place store 5 minutes ago,located at the international mall in Doral,to change a jacket for my boy to go to school, the manager said that without the bill I can just change the jacket for the same jacket,wich they don’t have,her face was so unpleasant she didn’t even try to help or find a solution,people like this shouldn’t work in a store let alone be a manager,this is the first store in the USA I go and I can’t do anything with what I bought if I don’t have the bill, where did the costumer rights go?? I hope they get a better management soon,

DONT SHOP IN THIS STORE!!! Manager is super rude. Horrible customer service I wanted to exchange a set of cloth and the lady said no! Needs better customer service because this is unacceptable.

Wuaoo I can see I’m not the only one…. The worst customer service… and this is incredible a store like this one “The Children’s Place” and they have people like that working there, I had the same experience several times with the same person, she was mad at me because of a return, she was not able to explain anything 0 communication with the customer! I’m pretty sure that The Children’s Place doesn’t give them training or they don’t show them how to give a good customer service. The lady who they have there she doesn’t care about sales at all, she doesn’t care about customers, she literally said that They cant accept a return if no receipt is shown, I had the debit card that I used with me, I showed her the transaction in my bank app, with the amount and date and she refused to take it back, she said that The Children’sPlace can’t accept it…. I have been there several time she is always like that.

Worst and most rude cuatomer service! If there was minus 10. I would rate this store clercks with it! Incredible rude! As I walk into the store, one of the ladies screams: “We are closing in 15 minutes!” When looking at uniforms, the lady was upset. I just left everything and left! Never again will I try this place!

I heard about this place from a friend and after checking out the reviews I decided to make an appointment. I am 17 weeks pregnant and couldn't wait any longer to find out the gender of my baby. I invited my family to come along so we could find out the gender the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not a good place. No return after 45 days????? What????? Not good. Not helpful staff and supervisor on duty on 11/21 not even apologiziNg!! Lacking customer service big time. Hope they close soon and maybe learn to do business!!!

Horrible experience!! I made and order online for pick up at this store (school uniforms for 2 kids), then I went to the store when I was notified it was ready and they told me that only half of the order was available on that moment so I would be refunded for the rest. Walking the store at this moment I noticed that all the uniforms I ordered were available and in stock, so I had to take it all by myself and pay for it again at the cashier after doing a 1 hour line. The worst thing was that 2 minutes later, I realized that I took a wrong size on a single shirt, and needed to change it, and "the store manager" told me that I needed to make the 1 hour line again for that change, ... obviously I did not... I'll go to a different store to change it (hopefully) last time I go to that store (customer service is the worst ever and the store manager should be trained properly), last time I choose "pick up" services there...

The worst customer services I have ever seen. I had never brought from this brand but I Received a gift from here, went to the store to exchange or to get a gift card since I'm expecting a girl and the gift was for a boy. The women who “helped meâ€, scanned the receipt and told me it was already expired the time to return the item and that she could do anything to help me. In the gift receipt was pretty clear the return date to be more than a week from today. she was about to throw outta gift receipt and only stopped because I told her that I wanted to have it back. She told me she was not able to help me and that she cannot do anything. When I told her the receipt says 45 days to return or exchange any item in new condition she told me that what I had was a gift receipt and it was not the same as a receipt. Then she called another person who entered the receipt code in the system and was able to provide the gift card. If I didn't looked at the receipt I would have left the store with a gift that I would never be able to use. That women was rude and she apologized ( with a rude face) she said sorry but that type of “sorry, not sorryâ€. I asked her for her name and she told me she was not going to give me anything and just walked away. I called Children Place 1-800 number and placed a complaint. Will never return to this store and I will not recommend it at all. Hope they give their employees some customer service training. That old women was crazy rude.

Beware of the prices here. The sales are not sales! I caught 20 items overpriced. Meaning they forgot to take original price off or even cover it with the sticker supposed to be discounted prices however they were raised $10.00 leading the discounts to be less than advertised. This is a scam. I brought to managers attention (at least thought she was ) as she said corporate has them do this. I love the clothing and styles. I have four kids and this use to be my go to places but this has changed since above mentioned issue. I did contact customer service in which was stated a district manager would respond. Two weeks, close to 3 and walllaaaaa nothing. Not surprised, I mean after all they need to meet their quota, even if it leads to false advertisement. See photo attached and u will understand as well as be on the lookout ..
