I am a pro purchasing an average of $9000 a month. Every Home Depot I’ve been At most people are very nonchalant to customers and questions are not answered; However, at this store, Eliseo impressed me so much with how extremely well he treated us how knowledgeable he was about the whole store. He helped us tremendously with a great attitude, and again great knowledge he is a great asset and he should be able to be promoted. He deserves it. I’m very thankful you guys hired him to help you out. I purchased two vanities at this store And without his assistance, my purchase could’ve been done. Thank you Eliseo and thank you Home Depot at this location

What a bad experience in this location in Doral, they put out the Christmas decorations, put them on display and they don't have them in stock, I asked them if they could sell me the display and they told me that they can't sell them because they will continue to arrive, I went on the day 09/28 and I had the 4 ft. on the display. Animated Minnie, I went today 02/10 and it was no longer there, it turns out that the person in charge of the area tells me that the manager who is the boss of the bosses sold it because he can do it! Well they didn't want to sell it to me but someone else did, I went to the Home Depot in Kendal which is at 12700 sw 88 Street and they have the display of the mini I told them if they could sell it to me and they told me that it can't be sold I wonder if they are stores that have the same rules for everyone, why can one store sell the display and others not??? The manager told me that there were 2 in stock at the Doral and she came back and they told me no, the system is sometimes wrong! They tell me to enter my email so that they can notify me when they arrive, well I did it and I received an email at 11 at night that the wait was over, I arrived at 6am, I was the first to enter and they told me that they didn't have to do that Nothing came tonight! I think we have to be more aware of these situations!
