I walked into the laundry mat at 10oclock to dry clothes. It closes at 11 and the attendant watched me put my clothes in the dryer just to tell me she can't let me dry my clothes because she suppose to close the doors at 10. Mind you someone walked in 1 minute before me and she let them wash their clothes.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have always found this laundry room to always be clean fully staffed and all employees are polite and professional that's why I always come here to wash my clothes thank you Gypsy

I've been to this laundry several times and I've never had a problem ! Now their saying that you can't just dry your clothes, but have to wash & dry. It wasn't like this in the past and that has been an huge inconvenience for me. Please bring back all laundry needs, so that everyone may be happy again.

Today I was at your laundry room and your worker makes me takes my clothes out to give to another person.the old me wouldn't do what she says, here's what I been coming to your laundry room since it been there my washer and dryer broke down and have my kids uniform wash by hand I figured I go dry them there and to my demise your employee say u are not customer remove your clothes out and when I didn't move fast enough ,she start complain in Spanish. you no that was embarrassed for me like that shouldn't be happen , I wash and dry my clothes there . Last I thought anyone can use your laundry room longest I have the money to pay apparently your employee don't seem to think that. I been using your laundry room since you opened in this area.

They only clean the dryer filters with all the customers inside, they don't care if you are allergic or not.

best place ever to wash your close Jipisy was amazing very help full friendly environment The Costomer service was top notch I am very happy with my experience I even came in with alot of laundry to do cause I was moving not rudeness not weird looks just friendly people. I would a lot like to add Jipisy the work here even ran down customers to give the clothing they forgot a lot of kindness and Integrity from. The workers here it's awesome.
