Great servicing! They aligned my car with lowered suspension, something that a lot of other shops couldn't do. The store manager, John Wayne was very helpful and made sure I got the alignment exactly how I wanted it.

First of all, I don't care in which country we're in. As long as we can communicate and solve the problem, that's what matters. I'm not asking for any favors, I'm going to pay. But I feel more comfortable speaking in Spanish when it comes to talking about cars and the first thing that this guy at the counter said to me was "we are in the United States", like I don't know where I'm living-- just because I asked him if he speaks Spanish.
The reason why I went there is because I thought I had a flat tire. While I was driving, I got a notification ringing in the dashboard that there was something wrong with my tire. I checked the tires before coming to this place and saw a screw in my front passenger tire, but I wanted them to check all the tires just in case. All they did was tell me that it was only the tire pressure but no screw was found at all. In the end, now I have to go again to another place to get a patch for that tire. It was not about money, but the service and the need to do things quick without any care, as well as that remark about the language is what bothered me the most.

I can’t say enough good things about John Wayne At the Bird Row location John was very professional knowledgeable and had my tires within a day. The staff is equally knowledgeable and had me in and out in an hour with four new tires. I’d highly recommend tire squad for our tire needs.

This place is awesome. Brought my x5 in to replace a non-standard tire and they were able to handle it same day and get me out the door in 20 minutes. Phenomenal prices too

I showed up this morning with a large holt stuck in my rear tire. They fixed it super fast and very affordable. John Wayne, the manager was awesome. Very professional and polite!!!! I found this place by chance and came here because of their ratings. Those ratings are well earned. From now on, I intend to come here for all the tire needs for all of my vehicles! Thank you John!!
