.Come if u wanna waste your day in line waiting for a cashier to pay for your stuff. Store full of people on a weekend and just two cashiers working. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Super bad service in this place, there are only 2 people at the checkout and we asked a worker and his response was đ¤ˇđťââď¸ and he also responded to us, the lack of empathy for both the consumer and the worker is incredible. They have to hire efficient people who want to work, not people who don't care and the only thing they know how to do is watch how their colleagues receive all the EXTRA workload instead of going to help. I do not recommend coming to this place.

Thurs, 3.13.25 spent from 2-3pm waiting in line. Manager seen eating & passing out chocolate chip cookies to the 2 cashiers, w/only 2 registers that were open. 3 saleswomen seen walking around the Register area and not working. The line was hours long, for several hours. The lack of management was fully evident. And to be eating chocolate cookies while ringing up clothing was astonishing to see. I was a Store Mgr for clothing stores for 10 yrs. I would never have that happen. I would prioritize the customers. Work efficiently. When customers were kindly asking the Manager to please open another register she responded by gasping and showing disgust. No apology, no empathy. Itâs like she hates her job. An Area Mgr needs to visit this store and should address this behavior and lack of efficiency. I am not exaggerating, the line was backed up to the Boys Dept. Please look into this, check the cameras and make adjustments.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at TJ Maxx. I was stuck in line for 40 minutes while only two cashiers struggled to keep up with the never-ending line. The worst part? The manager and another employee were just standing around organizing items instead of opening more registersâcompletely ignoring the growing frustration of customers.
At least three people abandoned their carts and walked out because the wait was so ridiculous. When I asked the manager why more registers werenât open, she just shrugged and said, âThatâs the company.â No urgency, no solutionâjust an excuse. If this is how TJ Maxx chooses to run its stores, they clearly donât care about their customers.
This was hands-down one of the most frustrating shopping experiences Iâve had. I wonât be coming back, and I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time.

The lack of employees in this store is a lack of respect for the public. 2 cashiers in a place where there is capacity for 8, the lines are hours long and in addition to this problem, the cashiers waste time talking to each other and doing other things that are not charging.

They always have huge lines because no matter the day or time. There are only two cashiers working. Please hire an appropriate amount of staff.

The store with the longest delay in all of Miami, I do not recommend ever coming here because there are always 2 checkouts open for 30 customers or more, the line is endless.

Well, in the month of November I bought a gold pulse supposedly confirmed by the saleswoman and today I am going to check it and it was not gold. The store wants to give me a card to spend there. I felt cheated in the way that one can and what rights do we have?

What bad service. A 3-hour wait to buy a line that goes all the way to the bathroom and the manager ignoring the customers, only 2 cameras for more than 100 people waiting.
