TJ Maxx had my vehicle wrongfully towed from this parking lot they own resulting in me not having my asthma or diabetes medication for hours while I had to locate and retrieve my vehicle. Their parking lot security reported my vehicle and requested a tow. Mind you I parked in an area with NO signage prohibiting parking.

The line to check put was insane and only two cashiers. I understand shortages, however, the store manager was standing there and I would think that she would jump on a register to help out. Help out for goodness sakes. I do not usually come to this location and now I never will be back.

It went very badly for me. My car was towed away by a tow truck and I have evidence that they were taken away for no reason. The company appears in the photo
Cranes that are in charge of scamming you and are perfect HP. They say there is the notice but it is so poorly located and small that no one sees it.

Terrible. Always very long lines and only two registers are open. Workers are super slow and not even trying to speed up their service. Shame.

Just let everyone go and start over. No one here wants to work. Maybe 20 people waiting in line and the 3 cashiers are doing nothing without a care in the world. Several customers walked out. Terrible way to run a store.

I love TJMaxx & Marshalls - just not this one. I agree with others, long lines& super slow cashiers. It’s always such a mess here. I hope corporate reads the reviews and does something about the incompetence here. I walk here once a week & save a lot of money bc either what they have is junk or I’m not willing to wait in line for 20 minutes for someone to take my money. Oh, btw would be helpful if employees spoke English.

7 registers and only 2 open. Staff needed to be present for check out to prevent backup of the line.

Good selection although it's a smaller store. Staff is nice, bathrooms are clean. The only issue is the long lines to check out and pay, sometimes. I try to visit on off peak hours. Otherwise, a great store.

This is the second time I've visited this store and had a horrible experience. Today, a line of like 10 customers after waiting for about 10 minutes, the customer in front of me, she was next asked for someone to call the manager, the cashier did. She was helped, and then they opened another register, and I was called. When the manager asked who called her, the cashier that was helping me was very dismissive and said, "Uh, that lady there, I don't
know what they want from us." I replied to her. It is ridiculous for us to wait that long, and she replied, "You are so wrong, we help how we help. And I said no customers are first, she started yelling , very low class employee.
