I was visiting from Dallas and found Top Nails online—so glad I did! Christy did an amazing job on my nails. She’s precise, gentle, and really pays attention to detail. Now, every time I’m in Miami, I make sure to schedule an appointment with her. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for top-notch services.

Just walked in to simply ask for how much a gel pedi is. The worker looked at me & then looked away, did not greet me. I had to say excuse me twice before I was acknowledged while standing there waiting for some basic decency & professionalism. They have very little customer service skills. The sad thing is, this is a common culture among many nail salon workers. They don’t appreciate or value customers, they treat you like dirt & like you can’t go elsewhere. Not all, but many. I won’t be returning. I left saying “have a good day” but of course no response, nothing.

Today was my first time at Top Nails. Kristy was my nail tech. She did an AMAZING job with my nails. She took her time with every detail of my nails and provided exactly what I asked for from shape to color. I will definitely see you again soon! 💅🏾😊
