I love TOUS and a try to go to Dadeland to save myself a ride but I am starting to believe it is worth going to other stores and see if they have a better service. The “sales” people here are very rude. I am not surprised that other people have complained. I go to this store a lot thinking it will get better but it doesn’t.

This is not Tous, is a franchise they don't have repairs during Xmas and the staff is really rude.

The so called "sales women" at this location are so rude and I am not even sure how they are employed as clearly they have no clue how to be hospitable or want to even help fellow customers! I have tried on 2 different occasions to make a purchase at this location and end up leaving because the women are so RUDE and only want to speak english!!!Be aware and your probably best making a purchase online and definitely not in this store!

Arrived exactly at 7 pm on a Sunday and they were already closing the door. Hours of operation are completely wrong. They close at 7 not at 8.

On late September I went to Tous Dadeland and I bought two sets of earrings. One, they have available at the store. The other one, I had to placed an order for store pick up (home delivery wasn’t an option).It’s been more than 20 days since I placed this order. I called the Dadeland store today and to my dismay the phone number is out of service; so, I called headquarters (rational choice) I speak with this woman, who then tells me, “The store is close for renovations” (I was never told this; never once contacted via email or phone) so if I don’t call the store I would’ve never know this! So calling headquarters; this useless woman tells me “you have to wait until the store opens back up” I’m. Sorry. What now!I asked if they can ship the item directly to me. The once again useless woman tells me “we don’t have access to their inventory” doesn’t offer a solution, doesn’t tell me when the store is opening again. In other words she has zero beneficial information to offer me.I love Tous. I’ve been a fan of this brand for years and due to the fact that Bloomingdale’s closed down at The Falls I now have to go through this unfortunate process to get the jewelry that I love so much. I am truly disappointed with their lack of customer service. This is an international company who can afford to train or hired better employees to serve their customers.

I had a bad experience at this store, I ask a "sale" person for a piece of jewelry to look and first response was we don't have without looking and she walk away as talking with no body, i look myself and found it and another person help me. i went there to get s gift for my daughter, I buy accessories in real jewelry stores and feel very mistreated as a customer. If that person doesn't like to deal with people she should choose another type of job....horrible customer service i consider myself a very unhappy and dissatisfied client from this tous store....

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today at the Tous in Dadeland mall. The two employees behind the counter did not seem eager to help me with a purchase, despite the store being practically empty. I would not visit the store again and just make my purchase online from now on.

I walked in to buy 3 purses and some jewelry however when i walked in i was dress as glamorous as the other people that was there and the lady that works there looked at me when i said high and walk away to help others that were just looking. TOUS JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THAT STORE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Customer service in this store in horrible. Bought an item over phone when I arrived at store was told I only had 14 days for refund and then when I agreed that I paid over phone I was told that because I got black Friday discount it was final sale.I sent an email to headquarters in Spin the same night and have yet to heard from them. Dont wonder why your ratings are not good.
