Toys for the Poor Foundation Inc., (herein “the Foundation”) took roots when its founder Mr. Frantz Devilmé encountered a mother with five children in tears because she could not afford any gifts for her children for Christmas. This moved Mr. Devilme deeply. Touched by her situation, Mr. Devilme, with the help of his business partners and some very close friends and family members, purchased some brand new toys for her children and for some other kids in the area.
