“I discovered The Car Clinic when I was looking for shop to perform maintenance on our cars 2 years ago. I wanted somewhere close to home and they had great reviews, so I brought in my son's car. Since then, they have been performing routine maintenance and repairs on my son's and daughter's car. This month I brought in my new Ford Maverick for it's first oil change. I love that I can make an appointment online and it actually means something, unlike other places where you make an appointment but they still take hours to do a simple oil change. They contact via email to alert you to any needed maintenance they discover and you can decide in the link as to what you do or don't want done. Then they text you when it's ready. Very professional and very clean and organized shop. Looking forward to many years of good service here.”

From the moment I pulled in, Aaron was supremely attentive & patient with all my concerns. They pull out their computer, scan your ECU & show you, not just tell you, exactly what Your car's tellin' You is wrong with it. That way, if you're very knowledgeable and have your own sources or even if you're just a cynic, your doubts are dissuaded. There's no commitment. You can take a picture of the diagnostic should you elect to go elsewhere. Even with my basic understandin' of general mechanics, I was able to learn new components & mechanisms that work behind the scenes to make your transmission function properly. They give you a rough estimate of what the diagnostic repairs would cost. They then give you a follow up call if you decide to leave it, in case once it's jacked up, there's any new surprises. They call you once its complete and after a test drive. They get in with you when you go to pick it up and let you test drive it as well. They are very fair with their prices as normally most people who'd shy away from a price the mechanic would just shrug it off. In this case, they are patient & will not charge you double labor for workin two separate parts that require the same dismantlin' process. I.e. i had to have my transmission rebuilt & I also needed my brakes, axles & motor mounts replaced. I was initially hesitant due to the accumulated costs. However, Aaron explained that if I were to wait, another mechanic would just charge me the labor again. But if I addressed the issue there, I'd only hafta pay labor costs for one time of takin' down the engine. Most shops will charge you twice & you wouldn't know till you're face to face with the bill. The service was completed in just 3 days. Now that all may seem like great service or just surface level customer service. But what made me come on here to leave a review for these guys, is the fact that since those repairs, I've had concerns due to the excessive rain & any time I called them not only did they entertain my paranoia, but they also encouraged me to bring it back for them to check out free of charge. Most of the time, when you leave a 0 balance, that's it. The business exchange has been completed and you're all set. But these guys go the extra mile, to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. & that deserves recognition.”

“The AC in our car stopped working at the end of June. After 3 weeks, our dealer diagnosis was a bad engine fuse box. It was replaced BUT the AC still didn't work. A few days later, making a right turn I heard a noise (crack, crack, crack)... No AC and now, that noise... What to do?...
I called Alfa Garage Pro Auto Shop a Friday at last hour and the gentleman who attended (Mr. Davis) told me: "bring your car in first thing on Monday morning". So I did, I explained the problems and he clarified that noise meant changing the CV-Join because it was a dangerous fault and then the AC would be taken care of. In a few days the CV-Join problem was solved, impeccably and at a very reasonable price. Then the AC problem turned out to be electrical and not the AC itself (so more complex). However, a few days later they detected a cable broken internally and they managed to repair it but disassembling all the front of the car, so they took advantage to replace the ambient temperature sensor and the radiator support cover shield that had been damaged some time ago in another shop and I had bought a new one. I can not say that the bill for that work was not reasonable like the previous one job... now the price was the better price for that kind of job, withou doubt.
Where can you find a shop with such ethics and professionalism today? I only know of this one. Everyone who works there is incredibly humane and professional. We almost always interact with Mr. Davis, but the atmosphere of honesty, respect and courtesy prevails among all the employees.
My wife and I feel blessed to have found Alfa Garage and to have a place where we can trust blindly in the diagnosis of the problem we may have. God bless Alfa Garage Pro Auto Shop and all its employees!”
