Nothing new. I wish the managementvread the reviews, but guess that since there is no other home store nearby, the Company doesn't care as much. The inventory is not as good as other H.D. I find myself ordering online lately.

Walked into utter chaos and moldy air. So dusty I could feel my lungs getting contaminated. Aisles blocked with huge crates of product, total fire hazard and eyes were starting to water. I asked the lady at the cash is it always like this she said no, only because of the management the last two years, it's like he doesn't care. How can people get paid for this? How are customers even allowing this to continue let alone a company like Home Depot. Are you not meant to be exemplary in creating homes? Isn't your home your sanctuary? As a homemaker and a woman, who is home all the time, knowing what needs to be fixed, this kind of place should appeal to me. But next time I'll send my husband and make sure he takes a shower immediately after coming home. So gross I would never shop here again. This is why Amazon exists. I would love to support a brick and mortar, and i actually love walking around diy stores and shopping to discover new products and ideas, but this is location and place is completely uninspiring and unacceptable!!

Buyer beware - this store does not always have the same pricing as things are supposed to cost according to their own website. I recently needed an item this store had in stock. I looked up the model on the Home Depot website, selected this particular store in Coconut Grove and requested it only show me only the items that were "in stock at store today". This location had what I needed in stock, for $34.96. I nearly purchased it on the internet for in-store pickup, but instead decided to just drive to the store and grab one. When I found the item I wanted, the price shown on the shelf tag was $41.96 - $7 more expensive than it was supposed to be. I went to the self-checkout and was charged $41.96 before tax. I grabbed a screenshot of the website showing the price as $7 cheaper vs. what I was charged, I went to the customer service desk and explained what happened. The guy there bluntly stated that the store didn't need to honor the prices on the Home Depot website. I said if that's the case, I'd just return the one I bought, use my phone to order another one via their website for the cheaper price and walk back into the store and pick it up, having paid $7 less for the same exact thing. The guy said in this case he'd make an adjustment and charge me what was listed on the internet, but acted as if he was doing me a favor. After the transaction, he was sure to mention again that the store does not have to charge what's indicated on their own website. Since that's the case, I guess it pays to do your homework when shopping here!

I begrudgingly came to Home Depot expecting to find no one to help us as well as know one ever seems to know anything anytime I have been to Home Depot in 4 different states , I was prepared for the atrocities as I stepped in. Blanca in appliances has been the sweetest and most knowledgeable associate I have ever come across at Home Depot. Not to mention Jorge who has been most helpful and gracious. We bypassed several Home Depot's ( live in South Beach ) and glad we did . Thank you Blanca & Jorge !

13501 S Dixie Hwy, Pinecrest, Worst service ever, I have bought a refrigerator at 1/26/23 for 350$. I payed extra money so it will arrive next day. Next day delivery was cancelled. I called to the service center to order delivery again. Next day delivery was cancelled again. I called back to reschedule. Third day it was canceled again. Then I got a call from callcenter. They told me that because it does not avail in a show. The women from service center proposed me to cancel order and get refund. And purchase with her in another Home Depot shop I did it. Next day I got refrigerator. When I opened it it was huge dent on a refrigerator corner. I called back to support. Support promise me to recall. After some time I got a call from a Home Depot. The person proposed to me to make refund 100$ to keep it and not change. I agree to take refund. After 10 days was passed. I did not get any refund. I started to call back to service center and ask to refund or take the fridge back. They told they they call me back. Nobody call me back. Next day I called back again to the same person and she said that she can not help. And the end I feel cheated, I bought new refrigerator and I got with a dent. Home Depot does not want to resolve it any way. So I advice never to buy in Home Depot anything new or big. Service work awful and nobody wants to help you with your problem. I will consider to file a consumer protection complaint, if I can not resolve it

Worst customer service ever experienced in my life. Every single time we have to go to the paint corner the attendant is super rude, always annoyed by any questions we may have and almost doing a favor to come to the corner and do his job. Not just once, we went 3 times over the last 5 months and always the same horrible customer service. These people shouldn't be allowed to work with clients.

It's a Home Depot... lots of tools and stuff. You're gonna love it. If you're into that sort of thing.

I was robbed from my backpack and the manager, who disappeared without saying a word, came back to tell me they didn't have cameras in the isle. Really! What you're telling me is that you didn't look and my $500 didn't matter to you. I'll be curious to see if that is true. How can you not have cameras. They just did not care. I'll be seeing what i can do about this.

The Home Depot is an extremely fun place to be. I am particularly fond of this location. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The shelves are always fully stocked with things I sometimes can't seem to find at other locations. The plants are beautiful and there is always a huge selection. In December this place becomes a winter wonderful with all the beautiful decorations, Christmas trees, and poinsettias. I gotten some of my best Christmas decorations from here. I definitely recommend shopping at this Home Depot.

Initially couldn't find what I was looking for. Asked an employee who told me "I don't know, check over by the grills". Sent me across the store--what I needed wasn't "over by the grills". Asked someone else who was able to tell me where the item was, which was right where I came from when I asked the other employee. The cashier situation is an absolute mess. Customers standing around aimlessly with no idea where the lines begin or end and the staff doesn't seem to care that everyone's standing around confused. Two stars because they had everything I needed, but I'd give one star due to the staff. The managers/owners need to take note at the lack of effort by their employees.

My mother purchased items from home depot and when we realized it was not the right fit we used the return label that was provided to us in box that came with items and now they saying we'll should have called them we returning the items. So my issue simple why provide the label if it's useless? Why I have to call the company and say I'm returning items to you if you have provided shipping labels? How is it the consumers fault you put labels that are useless? No will help and we get and bs answers. Beware because they don't care we have been customers for decades and will never buy from them again. You have officially lost a customer.

I just gave up on a phone counter top order after 15 minutes on hold with the Coconut Grove store. Person answering clicked me immediately over to to hold without even a courtesy answer. Off to Lowes!
