First, machine swallowed my card. When I've got help from the staff, they managed to do the prepay; turned out it was the slowest fill in the universe. Waited for like 5 minutes to get the $20 worth of gas. Definitely worst station in the neighborhood

I was stollen 100usd in this gas station. The pump didn't work properly, so I went inside paid 40 usd, filled the tank cash, minutes later there was 100usd in my credit card. Went back there staff told me it is a problem between the bank and I. Called the card, they can not cancel the purchase. So now I have a 100usd in loss.

The people that work here are rude. They had a Hispanic security guard who I asked if the air and vacuum was not working. He clearly understood but acted like he couldn’t speak English. Rude and nobody has time to play games. If you feel you are to good to talk to your place of employments patrons. Get another job.

Typical neighborhood gas station/convenience store. Somewhat higher prices at gus pump than other places a bit more west of the city. But located in a pricey up and coming neighborhood.

I recently stopped by U Gas Station to fill up my tank, and while my experience was average, there were a few things that could be improved. The gas prices were fair, and the station was easy to access. However, the convenience store was a bit disorganized and messy, which made it difficult to find what I was looking for. Additionally, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. However, the restroom was clean and well-maintained, which was a nice surprise. Overall, my experience at U Gas Station was average, but there is room for improvement.
