I needed a Uhaul last minute there was nothing available. When I arrived to this location I dealt with Mr. Clements who was extremely kind and helpful the process to rent the uhaul was super easy and fast. I definitely recommend coming here for your moving needs!

Terrible customer service has a reservation when I arrived they told me the truck not working when I asked why they didn't call me before I get there , they gave me bad attitude.They don't solve the issue I had to call U-Haul to pick a truck from another spot

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. But unfortunately one is the minimum. Awful service, rude signs, unnecessarily long wait when there were no other customers. They never updated the photos you verify so it didn't have any of the scratches or bumps and dent my vehicle had. The process of getting my vehicle was completely different than the last few times I've used U-Haul. I already had all my paperwork set in place to simply pick up but they redid my stuff and held onto my license for 10 minutes while a coworker went to check the truck mileage. In my reservation I said I'd use it for 4 hours and I didn't have an estimate milage, she input that I have a base of 20 milage and then said I'd get my money back automatically. I only used 10. Always when I've rented U-Haul the cashier/dealer always give me back what I'm owed in that moment.

Terrible service, the items I ordered on my reservation we're not available, I was charged a flat rate of 20 miles although I used 12.4, and did I mention the service was terrible? There are too many U-Haul dealers in the area, you can find a better one. This is located at the Westar gas station and there is no parking after you pick up your truck. The attendant called me to tell me she was towing my truck, fortunately I made it back before she could. DO NO RECOMMEND!!

Absolute worst experience ever renting a uhaul. I booked ahead. UHaul sent me to a location that according to the cashier 'does not do uhaul rentals' - even though there was a uhaul parked outside! I was directed to this location. I originally dealt with MARIA. The minute I apologized that I did not speak Spanish MARIA got an attitude. When I explained about the mix up with pick up locations her snotty response was 'so what's the problem'. Then I was told to 'move out of the way so people can pay for gas'. After waiting for numerous people to pay for gas (even though a 2nd employee was standing right there doing nothing) MARIA asked if I had a reservation & then looked it up turns & says to me 'you don't have a truck' ... even though there were 5 trucks parked outside. I asked what happened because UHaul guaranteed that there would be truck. She tells me that the person didnt return the truck. When I ask for a larger truck she points to a sign & says with major attitude not my problem call them. So I did. 75 min on the phone being bounced from person to person UHaul tries to get me to accept a van. I negotiate a 15 ft truck at the lower rate & I insist on my $50 they promised cause truck not there. I go back in to finalize my pick up to find out they are charging me a larger amount on the truck. When I complain I am again told it not their problem. So now I dealing with 2 snotty employees. When signing the contract I note the issue with the fee on my contract & I ask for the 2nd employees name for when I call uhaul about the pricing issue. 'I not giving you my name. I don't have to I not working for you' was the snotty rude response I got.I had read the reviews & how horrible this place was & reserved a truck elsewhere just to avoid them ... and I still ended up there. Absolutely horrid place to deal with!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE COVID!! I'd give it negative 0 stars, but you have to leave at least 1. I should've heeded the warnings of the other negative reviews. I should have even turned around when the customer before me said "good luck" as he left in frustration they didn't have his truck despite his reservation.They wouldn't offer the courtesy of letting you leave your car parked in their lot despite all the available space, even if it was only going to be for 2 hours max.Granted, even at the U-Haul location on 165 Street & US-1 they also don't let you leave your car, but they have the common courtesy to explain why you can't for space/liability issues and offer you locations to park elsewhere.Instead at 21627 S Dixie Hwy the cashier attendant lets you know she will personally call to have your car towed simply for asking since they have a notice on the window. And it's misspelled to top it off. (Your car will be "towl"... the Mananger) BTW, be ready to speak Spanish, LOLAfter I gave up and decided to have my wife follow me in our car, the attendant came outside and asked for the keys to the truck because she said she needed to check the back doors.INSTEAD SHE CANCELLED THE ORDER ON US!!!I had to laugh at that point. I probably should've been a little more respectful myself, and shouldn't have warned that I would leave a bad review before she cancelled the order, but this is how people end up arguing over matters that could be so easily solved with some common courtesy/sense.At least one of the other employees was kind enough to explain why they can't allow parking due to space issues, but by that point it was too late.My personal apologies for being somewhat rude, but it was only because of the immediate attitude I received from simply asking why they would have such a punitive policy for their own customers.DON'T LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME.

The worst uhaul known to man. Employees don’t answer the phone. Called for about 2 hours finally got a lady on the line & she hangs up on me mid sentence. Terrible customer service. I called back & no answer. Horrible...
