Got there early for a 10 a.m. pickup and the truck was already ready to go. Was checked out and ready to go 10 minutes later. Returned the truck later that day and was cleared and out the door before my Uber arrived.

Terrible place, the employees are rude, they are not friendly, they do not want to work and whenever they were asked about something they made gestures and made a bad face. I definitely do not recommend this place at all, it is not cheap but the customer service is the worst, not only by phone, when you go in person it is terrible. I would definitely never rent in that place again. If you plan to rent, please go somewhere else, unless you want to see bitter, rude people with zero desire to work and provide good customer service. I put up with them for 2 years and if I could I would give them 0 stars.

Very insulting moment. My dropboff time documented for 8:15. Place didn't open until 9am, after arriving at 8:10 and no after hours drop-off, I leave to not waste time of my day waiting for 45 mins, and as I'm driving back to drop off for the second time I received a call at 8:58 saying if the van is not back immediately they will report the van stolen.
