Helped me get the perfect truck for moving supplies and it ran well. Service was amazing they dealt with me perfectly through the phone and was able to move out a ton of boxes the day of! Number one truck or trailer renting service would recommend

Careful with your bill they overcharged me stuff I never rented, I sent emails that nobody replied, I made phone calls with just promises of refunding my money. I'm giving 2 star because the lady was nice when I rented the truck.

They have the trucks. The girl was nice. The office though when I went was under remodeling. The location is pretty close to the airport and the palmetto as well.

El dia lunes rente un camioncito por 19.99 tenia 83059 millas lo entregue con 83065 fui de doral garden a doral garden 2 .el dealer donde lo rente esta frente a doral garden dos hice 2 viajes de la 4410 nw 79 ave a 4251 de la 79 avenida.es un descaro de esta gente csrgarme 5 millas mas cuando solamente utilice 6 millas.se van a?quedar con mis 5 dolares pero les voy a dejar un record en servicio al consumidor.eso en cualquier parte del mundo es ROBO! si nesecitan dinero Pidan limosna es mas honorable

The few times I've used U-Haul before I've had an ok experience. This time it was horrible. First they have you pick a location online as if they are available and when you've done your reservation they call you back with a location that is further than the one you've chosen. Why do you show me these other locations if they aren't available?! That's a bad experience. Even if you give me a credit of miles, it is still a bad experience, period. Second, I did the online check-in or whatever they call it to speed up the pick up process but it took even longer than I imagined!! 10mins for the guy to even acknowledge that we were there and then 30 more mins to finish the pick up. That is NOT a quick process, to me. Not when I've given you all the info you asked for, ahead of time. When they finally gave us the key we were in a hurry and we tried to inspect the vehicle but I don't work for U-Haul, I don't know what to look for, I tried my best. NO ONE from the pick up location inspected the vehicle before giving us the key. But I figured anyways I bought the stupid insurance that they offer so I should be ok. WRONG!! When I go to return the truck at a different location they tell me there is damage to the roof of the truck. I'm thinking, What the heck! We were nowhere near anything that could have hit the roof of the truck. And of course this location that I picked it up at was not answering the phone. I called the customer service line and explained the situation. They didn't know what to do. So now my drop off is as long as my pick up! I asked the customer service person if the insurance would cover that (even though I didn't do it) and she said yes so she put in a claim for the insurance. Well I was charged $135 (almost as much as the rental itself) for some stupid plastic corner piece that I didn't even cause damage to and that the employees should have caught IF they had done the inspection process BEFORE giving me the key!! It's been almost a month and I haven't heard anything about the claim I made. Not happy at all with this experience!! Word of advice - Take video or pictures of the truck you rent even if you are in a hurry.
