Once I finally had the courage to make the call to U-Pack, the experience was 100% more then I could ever have imagined from start to finish!!!! We have moved across the Country 4 times now and have used a variety of moving shippers. EVERY SINGLE ONE was a HORRIBLE experience, until now. Every single person from who answered the phones, to the drivers I engaged with were kind, knowledgable, helpful, responsive and effective. You are not going through a centralized third party booking agent, you are actually working with a real company with real people and a real moving company. I would highly recommend this company for any moving. The prices are fair and they don't try to rip you off or hold your stuff hostage. It was worth every penny and I would use them every time, I only wish I had chosen them every time in the past!!!!

I needed to do some moving from Florida to Puerto Rico and i hired U-Haul and everything went well .They came with their container, we loaded it and they picked it up. After just one week or something like that i received a call from PR telling me they were ready to deliver the container. They delivered the container to my address and we unloaded the container They came and picked it up. No complaints at all. The only thing was the waiting for the driver to deliver the container initially because they say 8-12 which is a lot of time to wait. I guess they could give you a 2 hour window instead of 4. Other than that, they resolved my moving problems. Other companies wanted to charge me more than $10000 and with a lot of requirements. U-Haul was great

We moved from Key West to the Big Island, HI. We brought one pod of stuff, things we really felt we needed to move with us. We ended up calling Upack, almost as a fluke. They listened, they advised, they assisted and they came through with everything just as they had promised. Unbelievable in today's pass the blame world! The price was great and they delivered in less time than the minimum days they had specified in their original quote. Our highest recommendation and we'll definitely use them again.

First time user, very satisfied. Moved from Minnesota to Florida with 2 relo-cubes. Everything was arranged over the phone and just met the drivers. Easy process. Just pack yourself to the brim and they'll take it anywhere for you.

My go-to for moving. I've happily used them twice now. The entire process for scheduling drop-off, pick up, etc. is well communicated and makes moving much easier and less stressful. They also have excellent customer support. Wish more businesses operated as well as they do. Can't go wrong.

I rented a trailer for my parent's move, from Key Largo FL to Arizona. The trailer was delivered right to the driveway and the driver went over the instructions. The destination delivery of the trailer also went very smooth. If you're looking to move yourself and have help to fill the trailer and want to save money, U-Pack is the way to go. They made it very easy and affordable.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! not much more I can say but Wow, but I will. The decision to go with ABF Upack was the best decision I ever made when it comes to moving. The process could not be simpler, from start to finish it was an amazing experience. If you do not know much about moving It would be in your best interest to call or go online to view this service. If you are able to load your own belongings this service is the way to go. Much less expensive then large and small moving companies. Cheaper than uhaul and you have to load and drive. With ABF Upack all you do is load and they take care of the rest. It is a large trailer unless you go with the cubes they offer so make sure you have the room and permission to leave a trailer there while you load it. ABF will drop and then pick up the trailer as long as you give them a days' notice. Just Awesome. Thank you ABF Upack!!!

Booked a ReloCube from Ft Lauderdale to Utah. I was generally concerned if I had chosen the right movers. They were spot on, the were competitively priced. They picked up and delivered exactly when they said they would. We strapped everything down and we had no surprises when we opened up the cube. I would defiantly use UPACK again!

We had an amazing experience with U-Pack moving from Miami FL to Charleston SC. Customer service was attentive, informativ, kind and professional. The actual drop off of trailer, pick up, delivery went smoothly and got delivered several days earlier than projected. At every stage of this service they were there for us, guiding us. As soon they picked up the phone they knew my name, my case and were ready to answer any question and that with a smile. Truly fantastic experience! And the price was excellent too!
