I bought 3 Polo shirts (I've been using that brand for 20 years), one of them, the gray one, I wore it 3 times, it got filled with balls in the sleeve area, I went to change it and they didn't change it, very bad experience. Finally The third time I went, the manager treated me very well and changed it for me. Happy end

Unfriendly staff who snapped at us not to leave the appropriate clothing in the (only, dirty) changing room. While we were putting the appropriate clothing back on the shelves and there was a large pile of clothing from previous customers in the dressing room.We love the brand and spent over $150 in 2 days: the customer service could be a bit better.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I walked in the store with my family shopping, and Barbara, a sales associate, came up to us and accused us of messing up the clothes. We were only picking up a shirt, and then she told us that we were not allowed to get the shirt, which confused us because that is what you are supposed to do in a store. My mother was sincerely confused and angry that the employee was accusing us of messing up the clothes on the rack. Barbara continued to follow us after we tried to walk away and would not leave us alone and continued to scream at us. In fact, Barbara went up to my brother’s face who is a MINOR and started screaming at his face when he was only trying to defend our mother. Barbara was calling us names, she called my brother a “abuser of women.” The woman at the cashier, Militiza F, defended the employee and told us that we were in the wrong and how are you going tell a customer they are wrong when we did not anything to Barbara. Militiza claimed to be the OWNER of the store and tried to kick us out of the store. At the end, Militiza denied to give us the 10% off after we spent $150 which was the discount the store was offering. My family and I are true loyal customers from this store and this experience truly scared us from coming back. This happened on December 17, 2023.

The perfect, organized store, with many options and competitive prices; What didn't seem normal to me was the staff and they explained to me:
The girls were eating pizza behind them around the checkout counter and not hiding, although there were several customers and us in the store. I understand that the employees have to eat dinner, but it doesn't seem like a good way to me... then they threw the clothes inside the clothes, charged us and continued eating... it seems incredible to me.
I give it a 2/5 because the store was very well organized and had all the clothes I needed.
