Great Price and conveniently right across the street from the Airport Rental Car Center. Also they dropped me right back to the terminal after the rental return. Great Value for money. Paid $128 total for 4 days rental including the $10/day toll package (which is a must for Miami)!

I wish I would have read the reviews on Google. $15/day for their astronomical $300,000 bodily insurance requirement. $15/toll or $10/day to use their toll service. And the deposit isn’t consistent across customers. I was charged $2,000. Some places say it’s at the Miami airport online which it isn’t. Plus they don’t take American Express. Probably because they lose too many disputes because of charges after the fact. Life is too short to be scammed by companies that don’t work within industry standards.

Don’t do it.m! The minute you arrive the attendant welcomes you with, “I’m going to tell you a lot of things you don’t know about your reservation”! First, we don’t accept American Express and there will be a $500 deposit no matter what, second, you must take our full coverage at $49/per day, we don’t accept your personal insurance, and we will charge you $14.99 per toll. That means if you have not been to Florida that you’ll pay probably $100/day if you are moving around just a bit.I simply walked away, made a new reservation at a reputable company and all good.

This is a bait and switch type of place. Rolls up in a dirty van, got grease all over clothes putting in our luggage. Showed them our insurance card. They don't take the insurance card and showing what the coverage is, you need something that isn't even on State Farms website. Then you can either buy their insurance or nothing. They up the price from $27 for a day to $50 but then they added a bunch of other charges. Shows cheap at first, then they get you with all sorts of add on and then they are more than Hertz or of the nicer bigger companies. Don't use them!!

Was quoted 350 on Expedia. Got there and because I didn't carry their auto insurance I had to buy their insurance on top of all the other additional fees. My rental went from 350 to 750 in the blink of an eye followed by another 250 for a deposit. I was thinking of bumping this up to 3 stars because the lady at the counter did knock off one of the fees but when I went to turn the car in for my 7:00am flight I found out that not only did their shuttle services not start until 7:00am ; I also found out that their lockbox for the off hour key drop didn't even close. I was able to drop my keys into the box and retrieve them multiple times and even took a picture of the lockbox being wide open. If you use this service, be aware of the additional fees that make it comparable to other rental agencies and make sure you take enough photos of the vehicle you rented in case someone decides to five finger discount the rental car after you return it. I sincerely hope they get that lock fixed/secured and maybe make the fees a little more transparent as opposed to finding out at the counter.

I struggled between 4 and 5 stars for about five minutes. Quickly realizing that the beginning experience was negative and it went from the 1 star, it would have been to 4 stars. Due only to the great job Leandro (I hope i remember his name correctly) did, and his capacity to show empathy for the customer. First the bad, be AWARE, the prices you will see online will not be final. If you are a local Floridian, you will be limited to 500 miles. Any extra mile will be 50 cents each. Second, make sure your car insurance has pretty crazy insurance that covers $300,000 for bodily injury. If not, you will have to pay daily insurance, this plus the recommended daily toll charge of $15 will increase the total bill to what you probably will pay with all of the other car rental companies. And that's fine, but as long as it is disclosed online and not surprised by it once one picks up the car. This information, plus the announcement of the $500 deposit (I was expecting the usual $300), slapped me so hard that it was transparent to the young man that's helped me that I was not happy and began to get upset. This is when Leandro took action and made the necessary adjustments that were within his reach, or approved by his manager, to get me to a comfortable place. Where I felt I was still getting a deal. That is why I would recommend U-save. The service.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from this outstanding car rental company during my visit to Miami, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their exceptional service. From the moment I walked into their office, I knew I was in good hands.First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the incredible assistance provided by Johana. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best deal possible, taking into account my specific needs and budget. Her expertise in the industry was evident, as she guided me through the various options and helped me make an informed decision.Upon returning the car, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff offered me a complimentary ride back to the airport. This thoughtful gesture not only saved me time and money but also demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of service goes above and beyond what I have experienced with other car rental companies in the past.I would highly recommend this car rental company to anyone visiting Miami. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I am confident that I will be doing business with them again in the future, as their professionalism and dedication have left a lasting impression on me.Thank you to the entire team for providing me with an unforgettable experience during my time in Miami. Keep up the fantastic work!

Do yourself a favor and avoid. Pricing is too good to be true.We booked through Expedia but even having Expedia as the intermediary, U-Save demanded we pay an extra $35 in "RSA" roadside assistance (later explained as optional but no refund offered), gave us a bad car (Burger King wrappers, no windshield wiper fluid, overall dirty), and we now have another $33 mystery charge after returning the vehicle & being told our total was final. We're already working with our CC company to have these fraudulent charges removed.

I rent from small companies all the time when I come to Miami. However, this is my first time with USave.Like other reviews, please be aware that the price advertised online is not what you will be paying at the counter at all.I booked through Priceline. I had a Colombian gentleman help me out when I arrived. please note that for some odd reason they will not accept your credit card insurance. I'm not sure why it as I've never experienced this before. So unless you have full coverage insurance, feel free to book. But just note, there is going to be some type of up charge no matter what. I tried to ask for the breakdown, but the explanation was very unclear as to why the price did not match the one that was quoted to me upon my reservation online.

This is the worst place to rent. They lie to you from the beginning. They advertise cars for $7 a day on expedia and when you arrive you end up paying about $120 a day for a compact car. They charge you for insurance, tolls and other fees, which makes the car unaffordable. Customer service there I terrible. Ok top of that they add a lot restrictions to Florida residents such as 50 miles a day limit, no going out safe the state and $10 a day if you pay with a debit card. Do not give your money to them, plenty of other companies in the same area which is

This is a Micky Mose operation...I had a reservation for 7 am. The U-save shuttle picked me up at 6:30 am from the Miami Airport, we arrived at the location by 6:45 am. We were told the manager would be there by am 7 am.... NO ONE SHOWED UP.Finally, by 8 am, an employee showed up, one hour late.... he was a rude employee, he said " is not my fault, I was called to come to work, I don't want to hear that you been waiting for an hour " that was before we got a chance to say Hello and good morning to him....We had reserved a full-size car and asked for an upgrade for the trouble....Well.... upgrade $20 a day extraInsurance $16 a day extraFast pasd $14 a day extra$50 a day extra for 5 days.... $250 extra..Then we were told, " There is only one car available, and we can not upgrade." WOW.We went to Florida to attend a funeral service at 8 am.We left the U-save location by 8:30 am during the Rush hour traffic and missed the funeral service...I had never seen such a bad service at rent a car agency, _ an hour late to open the door while people waiting, _ rude employee, _no apology for the problem, _ got upgraded for $20 more a day But they had no upgrade available at this time, I don't know what kind of small car I got but reservation said Full-size car..1st time and last time at U-save..The only person who apologized was a young female shuttle driver who picked me up from the airport hour and half earlier, Thank you.

I recommend this car rental company. Sooo Much cheaper than all others that was available. They do charge $10 a day for tolls. Which you may not need to purchase. You can use toll free roads to get almost anywhere in Miami (by using google maps). Even paying for the $10 a day toll fees it was still less than half the price of what other competitors was charging. I don’t know if others do that in Miami but I experienced that at other car rentals not in Miami. Customer service was great. It maybe a little slow with just one person working there but he was very helpful. Just make sure your personal auto insurance coverage liabilities is $300,000 or more. That will save you money also. They also send updates and directions via text msg which I found helpful When they tell you to take the MIA MOVER, that is their air train.
