BEWARE OF ULTA BEAUTY SALON at Kendall AND THEIR SCAMS!!! I made an appointment to freshen my highlights at the Ulta Beauty Salon and the stylist added two services without asking me. A second toner $100 and Olaplex mask $40. Never did we agree on any of them. I would believe that an elite ulta stylist would know to consult the prices and the service with the client before adding them. I ended paying $400 for services added without my consent. Very unprofessional.

I went to the salon with Ramon. Ramon did a balayage on me and it was a fantastic experience, he takes his time to understand what you want and delivers. He will give a quality experience and give you top notch results. I would highly recommend him to anyone. 10/10

I recently got my hair cut at Ulta, and Ramon did an incredible job! He took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I wanted and helped me create a beautiful, flattering look. I absolutely love how my hair turned out. I highly recommend Ramon to anyone looking for a haircut or styling — his skill and attention to detail are truly outstanding

I bought a pencil for my eyebrows a few days ago and when I got home I saw that it came broken so I went back to this Ulta to exchange it for another one. I’m not really into makeup so I don’t know which brands are good and which ones you should avoid, so when I came back I asked the nearest employee for advice. Turns out I had asked the manager, Michelle, about which eyebrow pencil she recommends. She was extremely rude to me and just brushed me off when I was asking for advice. She started offering me other brands that had nothing to do with what I was asking for which just goes to show how little attention the manager pays to her customers. Honestly, she may be the manager but her attitude towards customers was truly disgusting. Never coming back to this Ulta.

I booked a hair styling service with Ramon. He is very kind and patient. He listened to and addressed all of my concerns, as well as showed me a few options of products that could work for my needs. He did a fast and very beautiful job with my hair, and exceeded all of my expectations. I left the salon feeling very happy and confident.
If I could rate 10 stars I would!!!

One of the male workers/ sales people is a smoker and really didn't like him touching my face or products with his hands of cigarette smell. It's a shame because he is very charming and has great energy and very knowledgeable.

It’s so disappointing when you’re polite and respectful towards the workers and they’re so rude. Emily with the blond hair at the cash register was disregarding and disrespectful; didn’t have the audacity to answer a question about the products while I was paying, simply ignored me. If I was rude to her then I would understand, however, the pretentious act is unnecessary. All my friends have told me a poor experience at this Ulta with the employees, but I only experienced it now. Sephora workers are way nicer and willing to help.

Purchased an order for pick up, one single item and I asked my husband to pick up. They said only the person listed can pick up. Nowhere did I see that info displayed when I checked out (that ONLYYY I would be able to pick up). I understand being strict with a huge order or when someone is not related, but my husband and I have the same last name. And then they said I can modify the name on the order—no, no I can’t, because the website glitched and said there was nothing in my order history (account with same email as my order). 🤦🏻♀️ So, never buying from this store again. Who has time for these hassles?!
