I was very disappointed on the staff on this location. I buy all my beauty products at ulta for years. Today I went with my mother and 2 babies, we each had a stroller for them, we were asked to leave the store because I wasn’t supposed to be inside the store with the strollers, very rude if I may add. Never heard of a store with that policy, but I know for a fact I will not be shopping here anymore

I like the store, but if you want to get the deals you really need to do the homework before going into the store. Associates will NOT let you know the deals or discounts and when you are using the coupons and you are missing or not eligible to use it with what you are buying, they will not go to the trouble of telling you how it could work for you for you to use it.
Just by giving a small explanation I’m sure I could have spend a couple of $$ more and leave happy. And this is coming from someone that work in the industry.

ULTA, your online representatives simply suck. And sorry to say it. You need way better costumer service. I just paid $80+ dollars in interest accumulated due to the representative I talked to over a month ago when called to make my balance payment in full didn’t know what he was doing 😞😡 very disappointing and frustrating. Closed my account finally with you guys

Went to Ulta as a walk in, traveling from the Dominican Republic, and signed in for a hair appointment with a master stylist named Loida, which was awesome! I Took a chance since I was knew nothing of the area. Loida was one of the best stylists I have ever had, attentive, detailed, and after listening to what I wanted, she created it! Excellent service and accommodating!! If I ever get back to that city I will be seeing her again!! Thanks Loida!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I got no help whatsoever from the workers but ugly looks… I was walking around for 20 minutes with a bunch of stuff on my hands and NO BAG WAS OFFERED! Blonde old lady was so entitled when I asked for help that I just dropped all of my stuff and left. I work in the beauty industry so this was honestly very disappointing. Will never come back here ever again, rather go to Sephora where they ACTUALLY attend you and HELP you with no judgement.

Can’t even come in and browse without being stalked. I came in for my monthly pick up order but some products got my attention. This short Latin woman literally followed me around the store, ultimately approaching me asking if I needed help. Some people just want to shop and not be followed around as if they’re shoplifting. So ridiculous… will be shopping elsewhere. Buyer beware of profiling!
