Called the person responsible for handling vehicle titles for a duplicate vehicle title that was urgently needed. Even though the vehicle was paid off 16 years ago, Ohio DMV says that their records show that the lien holder is the credit union! Called them yesterday for a duplicate copy and also the lien release. She said she would call back in 30 minutes but didn't. Called her back after 4 hours and was told that she'd left for the day. I need this title urgently so called several times today. No one would answer so I left a message and no one has yet responded. P.S. This is nuts. I've been calling them for nearly three days and no one picks up the phone!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I received from your call center and branch team. Despite multiple attempts to obtain information regarding my account, I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of professionalism.During my calls to the call center, I encountered significant difficulties in obtaining the information I needed. The representatives could not find the requested information, leading to a frustrating experience that wasted my time and left me with unresolved concerns.Furthermore, one particular call center agent named Aura not only refused to transfer my call when I explained I was inquiring about my own account, but she was also exceedingly rude, condescending, and patronizing. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the values that a call center should uphold.In an effort to find a resolution, I visited the branch as advised by the call center. The branch staff promised callbacks after gathering more information, but I never received these callbacks. The lack of communication was disappointing, and it was only after I raised a formal complaint that I received a single email response.Additionally, the banker assigned to assist me clearly lacked the necessary training and knowledge to handle my account-related queries. I had to approach multiple people to get the information I needed, as the banker was unable to provide it himself. This level of incompetence is concerning and does not inspire confidence in your institution.In conclusion, I expect that your call center staff, especially Aura, receive appropriate training to improve their customer service skills. Your branch team should also undergo extensive training to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

I came inside the bank today in need of some assistance with my accounts. Mr .Bernard gorelick was able to assist me in clarifying some payments for the month of April. As well taught me how to navigate and use online banking. Previous to the amazing experience I had no previous experience with online banking . With his help now I'm able to use and navigate online banking . I am grateful for all is has done for him today ....I will be looking forward to my next visit at the credit union.

All the wonderful people working at the West Kendall branch have helped me way beyond the call of duty as I have sorted through the monies, and complications of monies, after my mother passed away, easing the stress and anxiety.
