Worst service. Nobody even acknowledges you. Bad customer service. There's a new UPS that just opened down the street.. the people are super friendly. Will be moving all my business there.

Went to pick up a package that was delivered there and they charged me $10 … luckily I picked it up the same day it was delivered because they charge $10 per day!!!! That’s outrageous. And to top it off the service is not the best. Definitely never going back there again and I would not recommend them.

Came to bring 3 Amazon return in a very small box and the young girl with black curly hair scanned all my returns and then literally asked me to take back the empty Amazon box instead of throwing it in the trash right behind her. In the past, I’ve been to the other UPS stores in the area and I have never had such weird experience, usually at the other location staff would even offer to throw out any box that I’ve brought my items in. Absolutely horrible! Makes me never want to come back to this location again.

Excellent service at this UPS Store location. Besides the convenience of being nearby, the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They always make the Amazon return process quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
