My recent experience at this UPS Store location was excellent. The staff was professional, efficient, and very friendly. I was helped quickly and given clear instructions on my shipping options. The employee even offered to tape my box securely without me having to ask. The store was clean, well-organized, and had all the supplies I needed. It made what could have been a stressful errand incredibly smooth. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and great customer service — thank you!

Usually a long line every time I visit; it’s hard to find any parking too. But today was especially bad. To add to the usual long line the self service drop off & return kiosk was down for some reason

On June 9, I shipped a time-sensitive package via UPS with a 3-day delivery guarantee and paid $637. This bag contained all of my daughter’s essentials for a month-long summer program in Los Angeles. Despite the urgency and high shipping cost, the package never arrived.
When I initially shipped the item, an employee advised me to declare a value of only $100 to keep the cost down—saying otherwise the rate would double. That decision turned out to be disastrous.
The package is still lost, and despite repeated attempts to speak with someone responsible, I was told the manager is “never there” and the staff displayed a clear lack of concern or urgency. I ended up having to replace everything the day before the program started—spending over $3,000 and dealing with unnecessary stress during what should have been a meaningful experience for my daughter.
The level of service, accountability, and support has been deeply disappointing for a company of this size.

I had a good experience at this location ! I printed out the wrong thing but Ericka helped me out and reprinted to make sure my package goes out and I thank her for that! She was very patient with me and had very good customer service !

I walked into this ups today and boy was it busy, but the employees came through and help when needed. I came in needing to return some items my daughter bought and I had no clue how go through that process for the first time but employee Zoe made sure to help me find everything I needed and was extremely patient and kind in helping me. Great service at this store!

I was attended by a young lady by the name of Zoe, she was so kind and very patient considering the internet was being very slow. She made sure I got everything I needed done and had no issues explaining to me what my options for purchase were. Not just her but every time I come to this store I always get greeted and attended right away. The store Always very clean and smelling nice and the employees are appropriate and polite. Amazing customer service over all
